This is a great location, the staff is great, and you don’t have to wait for long. I would strongly recommend the Jamaican Jerk Pizza (Pictured below).

Fantastic place. Delicuous food. Family friendly.

My wife and I went during Ramadan, and were fasting. Our server, Woody, took our orders and was very understanding when we said we wanted to wait to order because we couldn’t eat until sundown. She worked with us and set up our order so we would get drinks and soup exactly on time, and the rest of our food came shortly after that. Definitely service that is above and beyond.

I’ve had a lot of pizza. There’s is extraordinary! A little pricey…but if you got some extra money and want pizza at its best. Give them a go. Very nice staff to. They didn’t have mojitos on the menu, but our waiter sure brought us back some.

Really good gluten free pizza – best around, nice and thin. Salads are good too. Nice atmosphere, our server was great – very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Only drawback is parking, which is just a Cherry Hill Mall overall issue.

Went on a casual date here for dinner and service was a little backed up apparently. Even though it was right after the Christmas holiday, service skills should show right? The appetizer was delicious but that came late. By the time it showed up, I had lost my appetite. Dinner came and my shrimp scampi was missing the noodles. I asked for what I ordered to be fixed and just boxed up for me to take home. Now having my shrimp scampi with noodles, the fettuccine is under cooked. Our super sweet waitress offered a coupon for a free “small” dessert for our next visit. Unfortunately I won’t return.

P.s. forgot to mention I had to remove the tails from my shrimp.

I haven’t had California Pizza Kitchen in years. So the menu is very different from what I remembered. I love the avocado egg rolls. I had chicken piccata, my friends got pizza and chipotle mac. All of it was good.

Only food quality issue, which might just be my preference, the fruit lemonades are way too sweet. I was able to water one lemonade out 4 drinks. I just couldn’t drink it otherwise.

Service was fast and friendly.

The main entrees were excellent, but our service was terrible. After ordering while waiting for our bread we witnessed our waitress go into the kitchen and eat food in the kitchen while continuing to ignore us. I was starving, so I finally got her attention and had to ask for bread that is supposed to be brought to our table. Everyone else in the restaurant had bread at their tables, but for some reason it wasn’t offered to us. We finally got our bread after 10-15 minutes and having to ask for it, but there were only 3 small pieces cut up on a plate that were stale. If I were to guess I would say it was scraps from other tables. I’ve never had to ask for bread in the past, and it was never tiny pre-cut stale pieces before. The main entrees were good, but the service never improved. We were never asked if we needed anything else, or if the food was ok, or if we needed refills on our empty drinks. I would definitely cut a waitress slack if they were extremely busy, but that wasn’t the case. There may have been 4 other tables total seated in the restaurant. I have had good experiences at this restaurant in the past, but definitely not this time. It’s a shame, because I really like the food here.

Not what it use to be. We use to frequent this restaurant about twice a month, but about 3 years ago noticed the quality went down hill considerably. While doing some Xmas shopping two weeks ago we decided to give it another chance and not much had changed. The food just isn’t the same as it was and while the service wasn’t an issue at any point you can tell we aren’t the only ones having issues with the food as the dining area is not crowed like it once was. Shame this place went down hill because we once enjoyed the food there. Do not recommend this place any more!

We went to a birthday party here (8th birthday) in the morning before they opened. The kids got a tour of the kitchens and made their own personal pizzas. They had sundaes for dessert. It was good for a relatively low key party. Parents got pizza too and it was very good.
