Ordered a quesadilla and it looks like a burrito, it’s messy and not what I was expecting. I spent over $40 I would like my food to come as shown. Customers service was awesome just had a problem with my quesadilla. I can say they were extremely faster than before so that is another compliment.

The staff were very approachable and friendly. Everything we ordered came out as ordered and we had no issues with the staff, dining in or our food. The bathrooms were well kept and this place ebbed with customers coming and going.

I honestly don’t know where customer service has gone. I pulled up to the drive-thru, gave my order, and whoever was on the other end mumbled something and then completely stopped responding. I sat there for 3–4 minutes with no acknowledgement at all.
So I drove up to the window and told the girl working there that no one ever took my order. She just said, “That’s too bad, we don’t take orders at the window. Have a nice day,” then shut the window and walked off.
I called the store and got the manager on the phone, and he couldn’t have cared less. I explained what happened and he basically said the same thing—“tough, we don’t take orders at the window”—and didn’t even bother to come talk to me in person.
Great customer service, Taco Bell. Maybe start reading your customer reviews and you’ll understand why this location is sitting at 3.2 stars.

This is easily the best taco bell I’ve ever been to. Every time I drive between NM and CO I make a point to stop here because it’s worth it. Get a chicken item from the Taco Bell menu and you will not be disappointed!

This is the most incredibly rude establishment I’ve ever been to! They left their doors unlocked, so I came in thinking they were open and they chewed me out royally, it was 9:30 in the morning and when I found the doors open, I just assumed it was open. They made it out to be that I was like some kind of criminal for coming in!! I will never visit this place again.
OK, I got weak and I visited this place again. I observed an employee yelling at a customer. I tried to back out of the drive-through lane, but I was trapped, so I went ahead and ordered, big mistake!! The food tasted like it had been scraped off the bottom of a bowl from the night before, it was truly ghastly.

Top spot for the area, staff definitely is working hard here. The food we get is made fresh usually and for the amount of business we always see, it’s cleanliness is kept up. Between this location and the next one over an hour south, we really prefer this one (though it’s prices are actually higher).

I use to love this place but everytime I go now something is wrong with our order! Last time they didn’t give me the cinnamon twists but charged me I wasn’t going back since I had already made it home! Today I figured I’d give them another shot but Now I bought a beef crunch wrap and they only put lettuce and sauce in it NO meat! I wish I could give them negative stars because it’s frustrating to spend that much money for it to be wrong or honestly ripped off!

Convenient location, closest Taco Bell to Raton, NM. Drive thru service pretty quick, but they close really early for a Taco Bell. Food is decent, can’t really expect too much.

Would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option smh came in about a week and half ago ordered a cantina chicken bowl got home there was no tomato no black beans and no Guacamole called asked to speak with someone about my messed up order a young gentleman got on the phone so I stated my concerns that’s when he informed me they were out of those ingredients smh gave me his name said he’ll make it right next time just ask for him fast forward to today I pull up to drive thru ask for the guy and was told he’s not working so I tell them them what’s going on and they tell me sorry he isn’t a manager he’s a cook so there’s nothing they could do smh so I proceeded to still order get home my one chalupa had no chicken the other had 3 pieces and was missing jalapeños that I paid for them to add called 10 times with no answer so I drive back down speak to a manager this time and he tried to tell me with attitude there was chicken on them lol and after arguing not once offered to make things right but he offered a refund that I accepted but realized after he never refunded me for my jalapeños that I didn’t get ..
