I ordered the single cheeseburger with no onions and a regular vanilla shake. The burger was prepared correctly. The burger had cooled off. I think they were slow to make the shake. The vanilla shake was thick and delicious.

I love smash burgers, but this place is jacked up.
I usually go to other Freddy’s locations in town but I was in the area and decided I’d stop for a burger. I don’t eat burger buns because I don’t believe them to be particularly healthy and instead usually opt for a few extra paddies. I know my protein heavy eating choices are a bit strange to most but I feel much better when I eat this way and I see fast food more as a tool to help me hit my protein goal rather than a cheat meal.
On my last two visits to this Freddy’s location, I was told I could only order 4 paddies alone. That was the maximum “per burger”. The price would be $11. $2.75 per paddy. I’ll pay that. But if I wanted more paddies than that it would have to come as “another burger” for which the price would jump to $19, or roughly $4 a paddy. Is it just me or does that seem wrong? I politely asked for a manager on the first visit and she seemed like she’d never heard of this request before. After some fumbling she gave me the same answer.
Is there some sort of meat shortage that I’m unaware of? I made it clear that I would pay for an additional paddy at it’s normal price but I have a hard time believing that these employees were correct and that the price per paddy increases 28% if you decide to order more than 4 paddys.
It seems like these employees were either confused or Freddy’s official position is if you decide to focus mainly on protein then this isn’t the restaurant for you. I’d really like to hear from their ownership on this one because if the latter is true then I’ll happy take my business to steak and shake right up the street.
In any case, your employees were not apologetic whatsoever including the manager who I spoke to on the first of these two visits and it seemed like a nuisance that I was making a special request due to my diet. I also asked for extra onion on the burger and it came with none instead.
If y’all fix your menu I would order 8 paddies each visit.

We had a great experience today. The staff at the counter were friendly and made sure my husband’s chili cheese fries did not contain onions. Freddy’s is known for their thin steak burgers and they did not disappoint. The steak burger and fry seasoning was delicious. They were also playing 80’s on 8 which my over 40 yr old self loved.

How much training took place before this new location opened? I’ve never ordered a grilled cheese from anywhere and gotten it on a hamburger bun with cold, un melted cheese. Will not likely go back to this location.

Only downside.I had was, there was children deliberately running around unsupervised but not the staffs fault.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with ONLY lettuce, tomato and pickle. I even specified NO MAYO, NO CHEESE. Got home and sandwich had no cheese (proves cook CAN read) however, there were NO pickles and so much mayo I had to toss the bun along with all the lettuce. Didn’t think my order was difficult. Person taking the order put it in correctly. Btw, only 1 car in front of us and no one behind us. Restaurant was not busy.
