The Birria taco quesadilla is fire!! The shells are very crispy and crunchy. They put a good amount of meat in them and the consumè has a great taste. Highly recommend these and may possibly need 2 orders just cause they’re so delicious.

Amazing tacos! I ordered the birria tacos which comes with onion, cilantro, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. I also ordered the churros and chips and salsa. Delicious flavor all around. The breakfast burritos at this place are huge! I’m so happy that this place is so local – best tacos in Thornton!

The birria taco quesadillas were absolutely delicious. I came here just for that and it didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu. The staff was also super friendly and you can tell they care about the food and their customers. Highly recommend.

Went here because I was curious since I drive everyday past it to go to work… instant regret. I bought Mexican corn, a chicken quesadilla, quesabirrias tacos and al pastor burrito with my bill totaling $60 dollars (which is OUTRAGEOUS) the food was not great.. my burrito was filled with rice and beans and barely any meat, quesabirrias were bland and the rest wasn’t not impressive at all. Sadly a waste of $60 that I could’ve used to make better tacos at home.

We stumbled upon this place while looking for some lunch. The food was delicious, prepared quickly and served fast too. The ladies working were friendly and even came to the table to talk with us. Loved the environment and the food. I’m happy to pay $15.50 for a bowl of pozole from here every time! Delicious!!

Lovely atmosphere with extremely welcoming service. I tried the quesabirria tacos with spicy salsa and the consume. I’m usually not the biggest fan of birria but these were incredible. Very generously loaded with meat, 2 tortillas per taco and fantastically cheesy! Between the consume and salsa there was so much flavor and I only regret not coming sooner.
I would love to see takeaway containers made from paper or something bio friendly but every other criteria was exceeded! Trying the canasta tacos with flautas next time for sure
Update: I think limon & sal has the best flautas in the denver front range area. I seriously don’t understand how every chair is not constantly full. Josefina is so incredibly hospitable and makes the experience 10x better.
