It was a nice place but the food is what you would expect to be good. But IT WAS HORRIBLE. The nachos I was expecting a little bit more for presentation and taste , the nachos were very disappointing they reminded me of school nachos with the taste. The torta was again bland no flavor or anything to the torta . The Burrito was also bland as well so overall the food was bland they could have added more flavor . The wait time for long especially since it was only us in there I thought we would have have the nachos out first but we waiting a long time .

First time at Huaraches, I ordered a pastor burrito. Very good, pastor was so good. Had an horchata and loved it. Not overly sweet but just right. Salsa 10/10 not too spicy with a good taste to it. Love the open atmosphere, the waiter was friendly and very attentive. Not too busy for a Saturday night. Found plenty of parking. Definitely coming back soon.

Visiting Chicago with a group of 14 of us stop at this place. We did a great choice, my soup and fresh homemade tortillas i was like WOW and my pineapple drink were delicious! The service from the waitresses Vicky & Nataly was fantastic.

I love this place. My friend and I had dinner at this place. I ordered the chicken tampiqueña and my friend the carne asada tampiqueña. My friend said that it was the first tampiqueña with soft and well cooked meat he ever had. The enmolada tasted very good, and I ordered a pineapple agua fresca it was deliciously fresh. And as dessert, we had nueve frita.
The customer service is excellent. The food prices are good. I think this is my new favorite place!

Came back from the Museum of Science and Industry, and came upon this restaurant 5 min away. Very delicious Mexican food at a great price. Service was a bit slow since there was only one person, but that didn’t matter because of how delicious the food was.
Complimentary home made tortilla chips and spicy salsa de molcajete were very good. I suggest you try their Bistec A La Mexicanna as the chopped grilled steak is seasoned very well. Handmade tortilla was also very good.

The restaurant is cozy with a nice atmosphere. The food was excellent. I ordered the Azteca plate with pork chops, skirt stake and chicken breast. My girlfriend had the taco dinner. The meat was tender and flavorful. The natural juices are a must have. Would be better if they had fountain drinks instead of individual cans. Service was fast and friendly. This place seems to be popular with young adult friend groups.

I stopped eating the steak here because it tastes like something my dog wouldn’t eat. I tried the pastor and enjoyed it from time to time. I just ordered tacos and asks for lime slices and she passes me an entire lime. I asked if you she can cut the lime and she refused. Never coming back, and they won’t last long. Trust me!

Deeeeelicious! ❤️ I am from California and this is some of the best Mexican food I have had outside my home state. The servers are so warm and welcoming and the food is plenty. With this place being so close to home we will definitely be back! ❤️
