Beautiful space to relax and visit with friends, read, or work, all while enjoying wonderful food and drinks. If you’re dining in, you can request your hot beverage in a mug. I requested a hot coconut milk matcha in a ceramic mug and it was spot on. I grew up with Caribou in Columbus, Ohio, so I’m happy to see their arrival in Waxhaw.

I came because I signed up for their rewards as I live in waxhaw and had never been to a caribou coffee in my life. Well I got notified today they opened so I stopped by. I asked for help as I’ve never been there and the cashier was super helpful and I decided on the caramel high rise blender and now I’m hooked!

I wish I had someone with me to sit in the giant lobby but I was alone so I’ll be back with peeps to relax and have some awesome coffee! This is dangerous. Your like walking distance from where I live haha

This is BY FAR the nicest coffeehouse in the entire south Charlotte region. Beautiful decor, two-sided fireplace, awesome friendly staff and a really nice food menu. So glad to have this in Waxhaw!

I went to newly opened store in Waxhaw, very excited due to past experiences with Chain. Staff were great and setup was warm and inviting. But ultimately I would go there for the food and coffee. I had a bagel, egg, cheese sandwich, previously my favorite and it was not good. The bagel was chewy and had a texture of being microwaved not toasted. The coffee was ok but not worth going back. I hope they change the procedures. In mean time plenty of local alternatives.

Follow up, Caribou reached out and gave me gift card. I went back and requested the bagel to be toasted. It was better, and I appreciate the follow up

The lady taking our order was very kind. Patient and helpful in answering our questions! She said she was new to this coffee chain but had coffee shop experience. We got into a nice conversation about our many uears of marriage.

The lady at the window around 2:30 today ( 2/21) is the absolute sweetest. She always is but I’m not sure what her name is. Shout out to her she has such a kind energy and my girlfriend and I are always so happy to see her. The drinks are a 10/10

Service was fine, bagels were difficult to bite into and seemed to be microwaved. Chocolate croissants were dry with very little chocolate. Probably won’t be back.
