I just ordered a pizza and boneless wings
The pizza is awful barely any cheese flat bread super thin and you cannot taste any sauce on this pizza the dipping sauce was garlic butter. And the so called wings were chicken nuggets covered in sauce. Worst 58 dollars ever spent. Will never order from here again.

I recently placed a pickup order from Papa John’s through Uber Eats. When the app indicated that my order was ready, Upon arrival, I was met with a disappointing experience.
There was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. Instead, an employee shouted “10 minutes” at me. I informed him that my order was marked as ready for pickup on the app, but he repeated “10 minutes” without any further explanation. It seemed like those were the only words he knew in English, which, while understandable, added to the frustration.
After waiting the additional 10 minutes, I returned to the store. This time, another employee approached me, not to confirm my order, but to ask me to sign a notebook. I tried to clarify multiple times that I was there for a pickup order. After some confusion, they finally handed over my order, making me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them.
The lack of basic customer service and courtesy was astonishing. I work in customer service myself, and this experience was surprising in its lack of professionalism. The food itself was same as their service that I am unlikely to return. Dealing with employees who don’t know how to interact with customers made the whole experience quite frustrating.

Dough was strange and tough. Ordered cheese stuffed crust which helped with dryness but overall the crust was strange. Toppings are nice but very expensive. Also the “New York” style pizza they have is NOT NY pizza. Don’t be fooled!

The worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. Tried the takeout pizza, and it was mostly cheese with little meat for a “Philly cheese-steak “. Gave them another chance and tried the pizza by the slice in store – all I tasted was hard/burnt crispy pepperoni. The slice itself smelled a day old and the bread almost chipped my tooth – a nice healthy serving of carcinogens. I caught a glance at the store manager, he looks like he clips his toenails in the restaurant next to the food. Such people should not own restaurants…do better, you have one job to do! I know, I’ve done it too!

Ordered a pizza at 10:18. Got a call at 10:45 from “the manger” saying my order had been cancelled because they were getting too busy and they closed soon (11:00pm). This made zero sense because if you were getting busy after my order why were other orders that were making you busier than you were when I made my order taking priority over mine? This is just bad business. I wasn’t impressed and told the gentleman who said he was the manager that I’d like the name and number of his boss or the owner to which he would not provide me with. After a short period of questioning him he decided they were now able to make and deliver my pizzas. I declined and once again asked for the owners contact in which I was not provided. Would love to review the pizza, but I never got one. I really hope the owner sees this and realizes the hands his business are being left in. This is also the only negative review I’ve ever written in my life. Normally I find the positive and focus on that However there was nothing positive about this.
