I ordered through DoorDash for pickup, I retrieved my order and went home. After settling in I opened my order they seem to not follow directions. Instead of grilled onions it was raw onions. Then to make matters worse the fries were undercooked with hair in the fries! I don’t know if it’s under new management but they went downhill!

This is by far the worst place. The workers are so rude they act like they are doing us a favor by being there… they don’t listen. And you have to repeat your order multiple times. Go to the one on Broadway they at least smile and are happy you are spending your money there

I feel like the “higher than traditional fast food” prices at Mr. Hero, suggests a superior product compared to the lesser priced fast food options. Yet, spent $35 tonight on food for two people and was seriously disappointed in our purchase. We don’t eat out often because of the typical disappointment from food options in our area. This confirms why. Have the same standards as any other location, or don’t bother.

Great place and always friendly. There’s a new young lady I haven’t seen there before, she’s funny, sarcastic and seems really energetic. She’s absolutely adorable. This neighborhood doesn’t deserve that store. They are trying to make a living like everyone else and people in this neighborhood are absolutely rude to them. It’s sad.
