Disgusted!!
I ordered online and when arriving to the store there was one person infront of me getting a sandwich made. I walked up to counter told them I had a mobile order then another customer walks in they proceed to make there sandwiches before even starting mine I wait over 30 minutes for a sub I ordered ahead of time. Once I received my order I proceeded to the drink machine and got a MTN dew which had small little black bugs in the drink!! I let the worker know and showed him my cup then immediately left I’m beyond disgusted I’m not the type that usually leaves reviews, but with how this experience went, I felt I needed to.

If I were you, I would feel the bread before they make the sandwiches. Not once, not twice but now this is the third time in a row that the bread is completely stale. I’m not one to complain but it’s pathetic that the workers touch the bread and cut it before making the sandwiches. Please start caring about the standards instead of what time you are trying to get out of work or standing around getting paid for doing nothing. I told the girl that is working at 5:45 that I don’t want a refund since I was already gone from the store. I just won’t be returning to this store anymore. As of writing this the girl is trying to call me after I said that you couldn’t help me anymore. Is she calling to complain or argue? Not sure but like I said I told them I didn’t want a refund that I just wouldn’t be returning to this store.

Walked in with a group of 13 and was told that they were too busy to ring it in on the register and that we needed to do an online order. The store was completely empty and there were 2 people there. She said that they were busy cooking bread and cookies. The bread warmer was completely full. If I were the owner, I would terminate the young lady who was working the AM/Lunch shift. We went to Jimmy John’s and spent over 200 bucks. To the owner: be more careful who you choose to represent your business, that one employee is actively turning people away out of sheer laziness

This store was extremely clean, customer service was top tier! Sharick Thomas did a phenomenal job on my order and is the best ! She cares about her customers in making sure they are completely satisfied ! 10/10 I highly recommend this Subway to anyone !

Looking forward to the day google allows 0 stars. This establishment isn’t even worth the 1 star. After a horrible interaction with staff, I called to speak to a manger before running anything up the chain. I was greeted on the phone with “ Hello? Who is this?” After having to establish that I was, in fact, speaking to the correct store I was met with nothing but hostility and rudeness. The young “man” (boy) who answered the phone refused to provide his name but did provide me a store manager’s name of “Dustin” who will be available tomorrow. I can surely say that after today’s encounter I would rather eat at a 1 star gas station then to ever provide subway with a penny. Will I hurt their bottom line? No, but I can see why this chain is starting to fail. I highly encourage you to GO ANYWHERE other than this location. They will steal your money, provide cold food (when it was supposed to be a warm sandwich), then snicker and be utterly rude when you attempt to get the situation corrected. This kind of service is why people prefer automation over some snot nosed ungrateful child who demands a superb salary for subpar work.

Very good customer service from the person who made my sandwich. I want to leave a tip because of the service but before I could even finish ordering my sandwich another employee rung up my food and was rushing me to pay, which was super annoying. I continued ordering what I wanted on my sandwich then I paid. I did leave a tip but it was for the one who was making my sandwich. Thank you.
P.S. yall need to keep fresh sandwich toppings the tomatoes looked bad, the lettuce was almost brown.

Rude staff, insane pricing for giving you the minimum ingredients. Don’t order a premade sandwich because they’ll still ask what you want on it and not give you what the description offers, but will definitely still charge the higher fee. Terrible spot. $30 for 2 sandwiches with no combo…
