The food is very good, and the atmosphere is amazing. Unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the food or the ambiance. The staff who serve the food were rude, poorly spoken, and unprofessional. Good food and a great environment deserve respectful and courteous service. With better customer service, this place could be excellent.

Here’s my honest opinion on Caffe Europa.
It’s amazing. People always complain about the prices, but it’s 100% worth it because the food is actually fresh and filling. If I went to fast food, I’d have to buy two McChickens just to feel full, when I can get a good, fresh stromboli here for basically the same price, and actually enjoy it. The portions are solid, the food doesn’t taste processed, and you can tell it’s made with care. It’s the kind of place where you leave satisfied instead of hungry an hour later.
I also don’t understand the complaints about the workers. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve been super sweet and nice. The only time they come off as “mean” is when customers are being disrespectful or impatient, which honestly makes sense, no one likes dealing with rude people. Overall, Caffé Europa has great food, good portions, and kind staff, and it’s definitely worth the money. I’d choose this over fast food any day.

It may be the worst Pizza restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life. Especially the staff, I’ve never seen such a terrible service in my life. Of course, if you want to experience it, you can go and see it. I especially don’t understand why the staff behaved like this. It’s interesting that they provide such terrible service, even terrible service can be given 5 stars. I don’t recommend it at all. Of course, if you want to go and see it, you can go.

I order from here every once in awhile or I have a slice when I’m shopping. It has always been good. I ordered 2 pizzas last night. 1 cheese and 1 half cheese and half pepperoni/ sausage. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened box. It was definitely left in over too long. The bottom had black spots on it and it barely had any sauce and cheese. I don’t know what was going on in there last night but for 46.50, it was not good at all. Probably won’t order from there again.

I’ve been ordering their food, especially their buffalo pizza for atleast 5 years. While waiting for 2 pies, I asked the woman behind the register(very tall and skinny) to purchase 2 fresh cookies from the dessert display. She responded by saying “why ask for those when I have prepackaged ones”…umm excuse me, how about because I’m the customer and that’s what I asked for. I wanted one for both my husband and I, not that I should even have to explain myself. Her rude arrogant comment resulted in me not buying any cookies as clearly this was an inconvenience for her. While waiting for my pizzas I noticed she continued to be rude to other customers. You asked me a question, here is yours…why go to work if you plan to be arrogant and rude to customers for no reason. Your costing the business money and customers. It gets even better, brought our pizza home, opened the box and was absolutely distugsted. Our buffalo pizza was covered with plain huge chunks of chicken, dark meat and worst of all grizzle and hard pieces! I’ve never had a buffalo pizza anywhere that looks like this and would never expect it from this place. Between Your extremely rude employee who needs to be retrained at the register and our distugsting, careless gross pizza resulted in you losing 5 customers. Repulsive all around how much they charge yet don’t care about customers whatsoever.

I went here just for a meal. I got 2 square cut pizzas, 2 Italian rolls, and a cookie. That came out to $30. 30 dollars is actually crazy just for 5 things. It’s not even big. The pizza was a 5 inch by 5 inch slices. The Italian rolls were even smaller, same length, but smaller width. I would admit. It gets you full fast. But that little amount of food for that high price is criminal, a whole robbery. If you are coming here. Just go somewhere else picture below is gonna be the amount of food
