Used to go to Jon Smith a lot, but two times in a row I went during the holidays and both times they did not have garlic parm fries (visited a week apart). That’s fine, I completely get it. What was inexcusable was getting about 6 inches of meat on a 12-inch sub (pictured, same story on other side). This happened twice in a row and I can’t see myself going back anytime soon.

My husband and I ordered two steak subs for dinner through door dash. Not only did the order get to us very fast, the food was hot and delicious. We had only tried this place once years ago and so glad we chose to order again tonight. The sub is well worth the money crammed full of meat and toppings. The bread was also soft and fresh. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Will be ordering more frequent in the future.

We stopped today on this cold snowy day. The food was Great. They had an issue with the cash register taking cards- so the young man went above and beyond to make sure we ate and didn’t have to leave to get cash. He bought our food. I went to gas station and atm got his money- Management- you have an excellent young man working for you….

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant food was inedible an let’s not mention the fact if you ask for a refund after you waited for 30 minutes the owner tries to talk to you like your stupid. I feel bad for the employees if he talks to his customers this way its untelling what is said to his staff I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone negative stars from me an the party i was with

Jon Smith Subs hat the absolute best subs anywhere in the Tri-State area. There is no comparison to their fresh steak, chicken, and other amazing subs, bowls, and wraps. The Bread is baked fresh in-house, and they use local produce and local beef. The food is arguably the best of any restaurant in the area, that’s right, better than EVERY restaurant for miles around and is a tremendous value, because you get A LOT of food for the money. The restaurant is very clean, and there’s plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. The staff is also amazing and friendly.

Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering from them again. This is the second time we’ve ordered subs for pick up and they weren’t right. Paid extra for three bomb sandwiches and not a single one of them had bacon. Condiments were not as ordered. Disappointed and don’t trust we’ll get what we order.

I was in the area on my way back from Kentucky, wanted a sub and seen this place and decided to stop and I am so glad I did! Hands down the best sub I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place! Staff is very friendly the place is clean!

Came to town for our middle school football game and found this place. They need a 10 star rating. Food was EXCELLENT, customer service was exceptional. Will be back next time we are in town for sure .
