If i could give 0 stars i would.
Ordered almost $80 worth of pizza and bread bites. 1 pizza was completely wrong and the cheese had pretty much slid entirely off the pizza. The garlic parmesan bites didn’t have any garlic butter on them and barely any parmesan.
Tried to call and ask for either a new pizza or a refund for at least the one pizza. Myself and three other people called the store and not a single one of us were answered. Severely disappointed. Delivery driver was kind and fast but other than that, will NOT be ordering from them again.
(I was babysitting some kiddos and they were hungry and grabbed pizza but you can still tell the pizza is messy)

Placed an order for delivery. 2 medium pizzas and an order of bread bites. Driver handed me 2 pizzas. I realized as he walked away that the bread bites were missing. Caught him in time and got the bread bites. Went in and opened the pizzas to find both pizzas are wrong. Got on the phone to contact them. 20 minutes on hold and then was hung up on. Called back. Another 35 minutes on hold and again hung up on. Called again. Checked my email in the process to find their email of “oops we screwed up” offering 1 free medium pizza. Sorry folks. You screwed up not 1 but 2 pizzas. I should get both for free. After waiting another 30 minutes for a human to answer the phone, I gave up and sent an email to “customer care”. Still waiting to hear back. I was left with 2 pizzas that no one will touch. The fact that NO ONE answers the phone is ridiculous. Sending an offer for 1 free pizza when you screwed up an entire order is insulting. Do better.

A fiasco that began by placing an order for a large NY style pizza, ended 2.5 hours later with the delivery of the wrong pizza.
The order, when placed, was to take 20-35 minutes.
The order wasn’t even being prepped, per the app, 1 hour later.
Phone calls landed me at #4 in the queue with an advertised wait time of 7 minutes.
40 minutes later while on hold, I was “Next in line” with a wait time of 12 minutes.
The pizza advanced to the “Baking” stage nearly 1.5 hours after my order was placed. There, it spent about a minute, and then was going through its “Quality Check” phase. There they should likely have noticed it was not the crust type I ordered.
But nope.
The location is about 10 minutes, in heavy traffic, from where I live. The order was “In the delivery vehicle” for nearly 30 minutes.
It arrived cold, with very few toppings, on the wrong crust, after waiting 2 hours to get it.
During my order long before anything went pear shaped, they offered me a coupon. Couldn’t use it on this order, so didn’t accept it. When I made my complaint via the app, they offered me the same lame coupon as compensation.
Never again, Dominoes… Never again.
Update: I see MANY other reviews saying the same basic thing I’ve said above.
The owner of this Dominoes location did take the time to reply – but basically offered nothing but hope it’ll be better next time – and that my review (and hopefully all the other 1 star reviews) will become a teaching moment for them. Good to know all of our expectations for food from them will be met with “hope”, and that myself and all the others who have been bitten by these guys, have become part of their apparent training.
Given the history of reviews, I’m thinking we’re still deep into “training” their staff. Until that Sisyphean task is complete, I’ll put my hopes for a decent pizza on some other pizza joint.

I placed an order at 4:35 for pick up through the window. Went to the store at 5:20, pizza was done. Get ther and the pizza hadn’t even been started! They wanted me to wait in the drive up window and hold everyone else up that was waiting. So, I drove around and waited a while. Then got back in line. BIG MISTAKE!!’ I was sitting in line for 2hrs!!!! I couldn’t get out of the line if I wanted to. The truck in front of me was equally frustrated. After waiting I get to the window and my 2 pizzas and Parmesan bites weren’t even ready!!! Told me they would deliver my pizzas to me……in 45 minutes. Well, it’s 10:00 pm, almost 5.5hrs later and still no food?!! Been on hold for 1hr. Guess I’m out time, money and food. Very frustrated to say the least.

Ordered a few weeks ago and it took nearly 3 hours to get our order, which was of course cold and disgusting when it got to our house at nearly 10pm. I probably called five different times during that 3 hours to find out about our order and nobody ever had a clue what was going on. We got a free medium pizza to order in the future to keep us “happy”. Well, went to order that free pizza tonight and waited 45 minutes only to then get an email out of the blue saying my order was canceled….and there was absolutely no explanation for it. So I wait on the phone for 20 minutes to finally talk to someone who had no idea why it was canceled. After pressing him to go ask his manager, I find out they canceled it because supposedly they are out of our delivery range even though they’ve delivered to us four or five times before…..Honestly, incredibly ridiculous. Worst customer service in a pizza delivery joint I’ve ever experienced. Wow.

Ive had issues EVERY time I’ve ordered. This time topped it! Waited 30 minutes(no big deal) Get a call from someone in west fargo telling me my pizza was left at their door they got my number from the receipt. (In my order I chose the “hand to me” option. Called Domino’s he said oh your pizza is on the way and hung up. 45 minutes later still no pizza, called and was placed on hold for what is now an 18 minute hold.

Worst Domino’s location ever. Ordered a pizza and two liter over the app and over an hour later my order was delivered. I can’t say if the pizza a was any good as they delivered it to some other address. Immediately called the phone number for the restaurant location, but never got to actually got to talk to anyone because nobody answered the phone. I was on hold for two hours before I hung up. I was completely ripped off. I have had more problems with this single Domino’s location than every other delivery restaurant I have used in my entire life combined. I will never order from here again!

if it was possible to give a 0.1 star i would. this place is horrible for online ordering i got the completely wrong pizza and the pizza itself looked horrendous. garlic bites don’t even taste like garlic just bread. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED on the phone calls. me and 3 other people called the store and we were on hold for over 15 minutes and none of us got an answer. the only redeeming quality was the quick delivery driver.

Don’t bother wasting your money. Virtually no sauce, barely any cheese, 3″ of crust and a few sprinkles of toppings in the middle. It didn’t even taste like pizza. It was just bread and 2 pepperoni slices per piece. Worst pizza ever. Go anywhere else.
