I just called because I placed my order before 7pm… the employee said they filled all orders and stopped taking them at 730.
Email clearly shows my order before 7pm.

Five Guys is a dependable fast food chain that satisfies my premenstrual cravings. This location is one of the best. I haven’t eaten at Five Guys in decades. My daughter enjoys the burgers and fries and the food is consistently good. I had a Oreo shake that was perfection and their fresh cut fries are addicting. They are delicious with the malt vinegar ! The staff is friendly and professional and super generous with the lifetime supply of fries at the bottom of the bag. Miss Amelia was so nice ! You can customize your toppings and lettuce wrap your burger to your preference. This location has a cute patio with outdoor seating. Five Stars Guys. Definitely the Willy Wonka Factory of burgers and fries. Love it !

Can yall just take the hot sauce option off the menu if you’re never going to put it on the food?? Every time we order I try to get hot sauce on my hot dog and burger and every time it’s not there, everything else I ask for is but never hot sauce? Why show it as an option if you’re not going to put it on the food?

Three stars because the prices are crazy. 21 bucks for a burger, fries and drink at an upscale fastfood restaurant? No combo options. Many people don’t want a $4.85 order of fries. Crazy. Recommend take a couple/three people and share a frie. (Or go to Wendy’s and get the same size burger, with fries, drink and chic nuggets for 4.19).
Reg drink 2.84 and a large is 2.99. The pricing structure is nuts. Don’t get me started on a grilled cheese. Then ask for a tip for handing me a bag and I got to make my own beverage?
The food is good but it isn’t $21 dollars good. My favorite steak house with a ribeye and side isn’t much more than that.

If you’re just craving a really good burger this place is awesome I service the dumpsters behind most of them so if the contents of those dumpsters are any indication these guys are selling!

I had a great experience while eating lunch at this Five Guys, I ate at 12pm and though it was busy inside the staff that worked on 6/26/25 did a great job working the kitchen with communication and call outs keeping the flow of food coming out at a nice speed. Amelia was my cashier, she was sweet and greeted me with a smile. The lady that called my number spoke up nice and loud over the talking for me to still be able to hear my order. Last but not least my food and milkshake was real good quality, nothing to complain about! Great job!

Amazing burger as usual. Five guys definitely have the best burger. And best of all they serve a keto friendly option!! (The fries in the picture aren’t mine, but I heard they taste good too)
An added bonus to five guys is that they have a Coke machine with lots of flavors, that is also accommodating for a low carb diet!
