Always great, only ever had one bad experience and not sure what happened. I just got a pizza that was way too much sauce. But for all I know, I could’ve accidentally hit extra. So one bad time out of over a hundred in my lifetime deserves five stars all around.

Not really understanding the point of scheduling delivery when they ignore it and deliver 30 minutes early anyway. Placed an order to be delivered around the time I had a guest arriving, 12:20pm, and the pizza was delivered at 11:45am. So now it has to sit in my oven either getting cold or getting dry if I try and keep it warm for the next 30 minutes. Same thing happened last time I ordered delivery as well. I asked the delivery driver why this kept happening, and his solution was to just place the order for 30 minutes later than what I needed it for LOL!! That makes a whole lot of sense..

We won’t be dining in anymore. If we ever decide to eat, I’ll just do a pick up. The younger workers were polite and the older ones seemed miserable. The lady running the cashier made me feel like a burden when I got there. Didn’t greet me, just stared until I said what I wanted. We said thank you to the older guy that delivered our pizza and just completely ignored us. However, I noticed when a gentleman and his son were there she was really friendly to them. So I’m assuming it was just me and my family.

We stopped on our way home and absolutely enjoyed the service here. We felt welcomed and the staff was amazing. Brought all our food to the table. We got a bottle of water mid lunch and the staff member (Alexis) was nice enough to pay for it. I am in customer service and value good customer service. Alexis is a gem and if we didn’t live 6 hours away and in another country we would visit regularly!

Ordered from here a few times now. My food has always been as expected and tasty. But today was above and beyond. The staff forgot to make my cheesesticks for my dinner box. The lady that helped me owned up that it was her mistake and that they would be done in 10 minutes. Thats where I expected it to end but instead she then also said she was giving me a store credit for q future order and she hoped I would come back! Truly above and beyond what I expected from the store!

I would have given this 5 stars for service . My only issue is the new call service seems they route there calls to India likely to keep cost low which is fine. But iv ordered 5 times and every one was very difficult to understand. This may be the new world were living in but I miss the personal touch. I’d just order online but have problems getting my address showing up for delivery. As far as service its been great the store thats a mile further has to take my order now but there delivery people are always on time . So remember to add a tip in to the pizza cost.
