Never going to this creamery again
I waited for more than 30 mins in a queue and another 30 mins just to get my order of a icecream and a shake. The server is just running back and forth inside and outside with the blender in her hand. Maybe the blender does not even work.
The washroom is even grosser. How would I eat my icecream after going to a washroom like that?
Also, the marble slab is not even working! Maybe consider shutting it down and renovate or bring good managers!

Very good homemade ice cream, and toppings are unlimited! It’s not even expensive, 2 scoops is only 7.89 before tax! I wasn’t asked if I wanted a cup or cone though, but the cones are also made fresh but I haven’t tried one since I was given a cup. Though it’s understandable because it’s much easier to put multiple scoops and toppings in a cup.

So I usually come here alot. Idk what happened to night but the service was a little weird . The girls in there are not very nice but I ignored it because I love to eat there . But I was driving home I live about 25 minutes away I realized it felt like it was hair in my mouth. And it was I was so shocked but they hair was not put up and because of that. I found hair in my ice cream . I threw the whole thing out of the window I was disgusted . This might be my last time going unfortunately.

The Ice Cream is great! My experience was not so great. The ice cream is advertised at one price on the wall and I was told by an employee the prices on the board are outdated and can’t be sold for what they advertise it for. I had to pay 3 to 4 dollars more than the price listed in the actual store! Bad business! Sell it for what is advertised or update the prices! Horrible business!

Good ice cream but service was terrible. Two teenage girls working who worked incredibly slow didn’t care about their customers. They got annoyed every time a new customer came in very unprofessional. While making our ice cream they kept on having to reask what mix ins we wanted while complaining to each other that the music in their airpod’s was too quiet. Overall, good ice cream but customer service could definitely be improved.

I had a cup of dark chocolate and pistachio with Oreo. The dark chocolate was very flavorful and the ice cream had a wonderful texture, I could not taste the pistachio but it was still good, it just tasted like sweet cream. It’s a nice place in a nice area with excellent service. Thanks.

I took my daughter here not long ago for a mommy daughter date. I love this place, they are not super high priced and man is the ice cream is GOOD! The staff is so friendly and they don’t get irriated when you take forever to decide what you want. (Yes I did that)
Due to Covid, we couldn’t eat inside, well that was just fine with us! We sat on the sidewalk eating our ice cream sharing some laughs and just having a grand ol time….seems as though others were enjoying watching us as well and wanted ice cream…..they got a lot of business while we sat and had our fun.

The ice cream was a solid representation of the brand but, this place has MAJOR customer service issues and it’s my fault for not reading the reviews before coming here. Here’s a minor “suggestion”: It might be a good idea to start closing down when its actually closing time. I got there a little after 930PM and there was literally a line to the door. There were two people employees there but only one was working on serving the substantial queue. The other was too busy starting the closing process. I waited in line until they officially closed and counted, an older gentleman, 4 couples and a family of 8 all leave. Hey management, I know you don’t want your employees there too late after closing, but at the expense of significant lost sales? In this economic climate? Do better.
