I went to KFC 1/18/26 and the manager Anna was beyond understanding and kind .She really deserves so much more than what she makes. She was running the drive thru ,front counter and making food all while managing to stay polite and relaxed while also keeping her workers from feeling pressured. You my girl are chick fil a material.

I haven’t been to this location in a few years and I did see they only had 2.9 stars but this is the only KFC near me so I gave it a shot.
As you can see in the photos, this is what $52 gets you! The slaw was sour, the corn was completely dried out and you can see the gravy and chicken in photo.
There were 5 employees and zero customers but I still had to get their attention because they never even seen me walk in the lobby.
A restaurant doesn’t get this bad overnight. It takes a while to fill a business with this many employees who don’t care about people’s health or that they’re spending their hard earned dollar for slop.
How has DHEC not shut this down?!?

I sometimes feel that KFC is trying to go out of business. This place was absolutely filthy. There was a bucket of bleach and water sitting on a table and old napkins on the floor. The soda counter, pictured, was too sticky to touch, or even lean against. And the service was just too bad to even go into. KFC is often marginal, but this experience was exceptionally poor from beginning to end.

So much disappointment even tho it was actually really good food. I made an online order, arrived approximately 8 minutes before my estimated completion time. 45 minutes later I finally get my food. This is now the second time within a month, but a similar situation has Happened with this location The staff that were on shift (two of them) Did see that they were trying their best to fill the dinner time rush orders. It’s someone just trying to get a quick meal for his family. I would go almost anywhere else at this point if I wanted to spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting on food, I would go to Longhorn.

Very unprofessional employees. Can’t be any oil left in the store because its in the bottom of the bucket my 8 piece came in. All the chicken is matted together. I had to pour it out of the bucket to make any kind of sense of it. Definitely got my money for the last time.

Wife ordered chicken at 4:30 she showed up after 5:00 they did not have enough of what she wanted so they gave her extra crispy because it would take another half hour to wait on the rest. They charged her $5 per cup for each item she ordered minus the gravy which was like 2.99 that cup was real small. The wings they gave us pigeons would have been insulted by them they were so small. The cups of mac and cheese were half full and the potatoes were half full.

Best chicken in town best price also. Much better than the bo jangle better price too. Well I need to change my review just left there got a 12 piece family meal first they over charged us, it should have been 29.99 they charged us 41.94 then we ask for no thigh they gave us 6 no wings4legs,2breast we ordered for our three sides coleslaw macaroni and cheese,and green beans. We got cream potatoes and gravy, corn,coleslaw. That lady with the red weave looked at us like we can’t get what we payed for and I guess she showed us also. I shouldn’t have given them a good review,my bad and I should have came home and cooked. Check your receipts that’s if you get one we didn’t get one but, it comes to our phone. Wonder how much they pocket a day? If I take this back are they gonna reimburse my money plus my gas?

I had forgotten my wallet and was going to get lunch using a gift card I had in my car for several weeks. I thought there was $15 on the card, but there was only 10 the young lady at the drive-through window took care of the remaining balance, thank you KFC That was really nice. I really appreciate it.
