This. Was our first time at Chili’s restaurant in Plymouth mass , I wanna say that it was quiet, clean staff are great the waitress we had she was phenomenal answered all our questions. Make sure that I didn’t get guacamole cause I’m allergic overall it was a great atmosphere. I loved it and we can’t wait to go back, I took my daughter for her 17th birthday and still again very clean. Quiet staff were wonderful continuously came over to our table and asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything overall fantastic experience and can’t wait to continue to go again. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this situation absolutely deserves to be addressed.
We visited around 7:30 PM on a Tuesday, and our server, Bri, immediately treated us as if we were an inconvenience for simply being there. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start.
I requested fried chicken on the nachos instead of grilled and was told she “couldn’t do it because there was no button for it.” I then ordered a large house margarita and was told house margaritas could only be made in a small glass—both statements are simply untrue, as I have ordered these exact items here many times before.
Bri never once checked on our table. We were forced to order through the bar and other employees just to be served. It ruined what should have been an enjoyable family meal.
Thankfully, DJ stepped in and provided the service we should have received from the beginning. He was attentive, professional, and immediately able to fulfill our original order.
The customer service Bri provided us is totally unacceptable. Someone with this attitude should NOT be working in the service industry, let alone representing this establishment.

Places consistently good unlike other chain restaurants their food is the same wherever you go. The one I visited in Plymouth was no different. I tried the soft moz in a hot sauce which was very good, probably best shared as an appetizer. The margarita of the month never disappoints and is only $6 which is an excellent price. Staff is always hospitable in the restaurant is clean. I only wish that the music was a little quieter as it is a bit distracting.

I went here for my birthday with a few friends, and the server was amazing. they sang for me it was nice. until after we had finished our dessert, my friend threw up in the bathroom. we understandably wanted her to sit down and have water and decided to sit away from our table so they could clear it. an employee came over and asked my friend half heartedly if she was ok, quickly following up by telling her not to throw up again. then she told us we could “leave now” and walked away.

Overall I love chilis, it’s a place I have always gone my whole life. A place my kids get excited to go and sit down as a family. The servers are always great, and kind to the whole family! Affordable considering most things really aren’t anymore. Especially for a bigger family such as mine!

I just spent $30 on a steak… And it looks like this???? (Pic attached). A McDonald’s cheeseburger is consistently cooked better than this. This isn’t just well done (which is an abomination), this stayed on the grill long enough for someone else to eat their already well done steak. This is just gross!!!

Nice and clean restaurant with good service. Our waitress was kind, professional, and gave us good service. The food tasted OK and the pirtions were OK, but the price was ridiculously expensive.
While we lived the food and service, we cannot justify returning when we can have the same or similar good for 15%-20% less elsewhere.

The Plymouth Chili’s location is by far the best Chili’s I have ever been to, as well as one of the most consistently great restaurants in the entire area. Not only is the food always excellent, but the servers, bartenders, managers, and all other staff are friendly, attentive, and qualified. No complaints about this place. 5 stars without a doubt

The burgers were pretty good. Potato soup could be better, but the Southwest inspired soup was pretty good. They have a great lunch deal that comes with soup or salad and also includes a drink.
