Suppose to got free cheese bread with 35$ or more i put in the code didn’t get it my order was 56$ I called and right away never looked and say sorry it didnt go thru bad service. Food was not hot use to be a good place with old management. Done ordering here..

Visited a few weeks ago. We arrived late into DryRidge from a long drive. Decided to try the closest pizza. My wife and I sat down at Snappys. They were busy but store Manager stopped to greet us, Ryan I believe, and then took our orders. We had a great conversation with him. Pleasant fellow and the pizza was very good. They Use good ingredients. We tried the giant cookie… wow! Really good. Will return next time I’m in the area.

My husband suggested that I try Snappy Tomato Pizza, as he’s from Kentucky and I’m from Michigan. I’ve never had thier pizza before. Today we ordered a large 2 item (sausage and pepperoni) pizza, garlic bread with cheese and some bread stix. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! fresh ingredients, great tasting dough and the sauce is the best! We got a great deal on all this under $23 out the door, pizza was a special deal. Overall really really great place for a home-made style taste, value and service! Thx Snappy for a great lunch (and left overs for dinner) tonight. We will be returning! (Photo of garlic bread with cheese is missing one piece because my husband snagged it up before I took pic lol)

Forgot my 2-liter then said I could do a store credit for it or they could deliver it, I told them whichever was easier for them and the guy on the phone said either way it is the same so I said just have their delivery driver bring it and they never brought it. $5 for a 2-liter I could’ve paid $2 literally anywhere else. And when the driver brought our food and I realized they forgot it the delivery driver basically just acted like I was SOL and said “well this is what they handed me” when she easily could have just read the ticket.

Snappy tomato pizza was absolutely amazing. We were 1st time guests so we got a huge fresh baked chocolate chip cookie! The employees were beyond kind and polite. They were overly accommodating! Fresh ingredients and fair prices. Highly recommended!!

I ordered a build your own beast on 9/26/2025 and got the free medium cinnabread. Half was basically deluxe and half pepperoni. When I got home I found there was BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. I called to let them know what had happened the lady was rude and told me that I had ordered the chicken BBQ. I told her I didn’t and never have. I even told her I had selected normal sauce. Her response was that doesn’t show on our end. So I got stuck with a pizza that had BBQ sauce which my grandbabies would not eat. As for the chicken there was never chicken ordered
As for the cinnamon read the dough was not baked all the way and it look like someone had just dumped cinnamon on it. So my grandbabies had to eat something else and I was out $57 with the tip. Not to mention one of the employees was in a dress running in and out of the restaurant making comments about people being parked in front of the restaurant. Their were 2 mine and ond other family waiting for our food and at one point she went back in a went on the oven side and was working. Did not wash her hands or anything after being outside. Not very sanitary later another employee joined her outside and didn’t go back in until 2 people went in leaving ond person by themselves. I wonder how my food was so messed up????

Ordered Snappy pizza over other chain pizza places I have tried and glad I did. It was delicious. Fresh, great tasting ingredients. A very pleasant surprise, as this was first time trying them. Delivery guy was outstanding.

We are not locals and wanted to try pizza that was somewhat local and not a huge chain. We ordered delivery online and the website said 35-45 minutes. I didn’t get any type of confirmation beyond that so I called the store roughly 10 minutes later to confirm they got my order. The young lady who answered was very short. She said the delivery time was 35-45 minutes. I called back about an hour later for an update and got another person who was short and sounded like they didn’t want to talk. She said it has just came out of the oven, then said the driver was leaving with it now. Within a few minutes of hanging up, the food showed up. The pizza was lukewarm and tasted average. The green salads had so much red onion it was over powering. The ranch wasn’t great either.
Domino’s would have been a much better option.

This was such a nice little find after visiting the Ark Encounter! Sarah was so nice…she was genuinely interested in us and our travels and her kindness would be reason enough to go there. We had a pizza, breadsticks and the warm double chocolate cookie pizza for dessert. All were amazing!! If you’re looking for a quick, tasteful & affordable stop, I highly recommend Snappy!!

This place is beyond my satisfaction. I had an order arrived messed up from a driver (smashed against a box) to be fair we have windy roads out here. However Joe the assistant manager had informed me I would get a credit and usually when you hear that from other corporations, it’s to just get you to quit complaining. Not with these individuals however. Weeks if not a month or two later I called just to see if the credit still stood. No questions no anything they had saved me and honored it. Actually the GM “John” was who spoke to me not even the gentleman who gave me the credit. The order was prompt and here fast they delivered no questions asked. I truly thank God that there’s establishments like this still in existence. Gives hope for a world that makes you not want to do business. I will always swear by this company and they will always have my business. God bless all of em. 10/10
