If I could give this more stars I would. I’m a regular customer, and no matter when I order I can always count on amazing services, top quality food, and just seeing these two makes my day.
Genuinely the best sushi spot not only in Springfield, but in the general area. I can never get enough. If you don’t know what to order and you don’t know sushi, get the Mt.Fuji, but genuinely every item on the menu is a treat.

I was in town for 2 days for Video Games live and this was the only place I made sure I went BACK to after trying once. Somehow this place manages to compete for the best sushi I’ve ever had even though I’ve been on the coasts and had it fresh. The people were very kind and it’s located in a really cool food court in the downtown area. If I ever find myself in this town again, I’ll be making another stop for sure!

I visited Sushi Hikari for the first time today and ordered the Yakisoba. I was stationed in Japan for a few years while in the Navy and this Yakisoba was so authentic and delicious that it brought back wonderful memories of Japan. The young man working at the stand inside of CoHatch was so friendly and respectful. I’ll most certainly be returning!

Fun little sushi joint serving classics as well as chicken teriyaki rolls and buns. Very popular too, as it always seems to have a little line. Expect a short wait though, as they only have a small workspace.
