The girl who was working today was very rude and unprofessional at the window. Charged us more money and then wanted to bring up after us already paying that we could have got the big sandwich for way cheaper after charging us a bunch of add ons for a little sandwich. Had such an attitude when we asked if she could go ahead and switch it to the big one after she mentioned it would be cheaper. Maybe should have mentioned that before charging us and not making a big deal after we asked to do it because she didnt wanna have to refund it and go over the process again.

I ordered online yesterday at 140p and did not get it delivered to me until 220p; I actually called them at 2p bc when tracking my order it had only said it had been received so I called to verify I did send it to a local one and they had it, to be told they did, to getting a text 10m later saying it will be to me in 11m. Which obviously means to me they did not start my sandwich until I called. On top of this the address was read to me when I was inquiring if they had my order before I stated a name or address which also signals that I may have been the only online order at the time; and with it being it being at a normal lunch rush time.
When I got my sandwich the amount of mayo and onions on it was off putting I could only manage to eating half. Major disappointment; would not recommend this location.

At this location they should change the company tagline from “subs so fast you’ll freak” to “subs so slow the polar ice cap will be a lake before you get your food”. Or “subs so slow you’ll wish you went to Subway”. Good Lord this place is slow. I honestly don’t know what could possibly take so long. Like a previous commenter said, it was at least 10 minutes with just 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. Corporate might want to do an audit on this location – they are absolutely not living up to brand standards. If you are in a hurry or just expect to spend a reasonable amount of time waiting this is not the place for you.

The sandwiches on that French bread are very delicious. I have to say that the General Manager was a amazing problem solver. I was witnessing another customer trying to hustle her and she handled it like a professional. We will be back.

Oh boy, this was cringe. The problem I had with Jimmy Johns didn’t have to do with the local store itself, but the franchise. The staff were ok, and the restaurant was clean. However, my visit left me uncomfortable.
The menu is confusing. It’s hard to explain how, but one of problems with it is that the numbers for the sandwiches aren’t even in order. The sandwiches themselves are outdated. For $13 I got plain bread, 4 slices of cold deli meat, and a couple slices of cheese for a sandwich plus a drink and a forgettable cookie. Oof. Keep in mind, for $10 I could make a pretty thick sandwich for myself at Walmart using the same ingredients.
The worst part of the visit was the decor. It’s like it was design by a boomer uncle. You know, the kind that says poverty is a choice and likes Jimmy Buffet a little too much? It was uncomfortable sitting next to a sign trying to explain that late stage capitalism is a good thing.

Three visits in a row and they can’t seem to cut a stupid sandwich in half! I have a decreased appetite due to health issues. I can’t eat a full sandwich in one sitting. I really don’t like eating what I want and wrapping the remainder up because saliva contains enzymes that starts digesting your food leaving the eaten on end disgusting. The last time and this time the excuse was “well we were really busy and they might not have been paying attention. I’ll talk to my crew and remind them to be more mindful.”
DO BETTER!

The staff can’t follow simple directions. I have been through this, specific Jimmy John’s several times, and I’d say only about half of the time they are able to follow the directions. If you say you want a sandwich with only 3 things on it, they will make you a sandwich with everything BUT those three things.
Jimmy John’s is usually pretty good, but stay away from this one.

Well I pulled in the drive through 6 minutes before close. Waited 4 mins patiently until I was greeted and asked my order. So I place my order which was, 2 lulu’s with cheese no tomatoes! ( cold sandwiches ) with the gentlemen, and its now currently 8:58pm 2 minutes before close. after ordering, I get turned away by the person saying my manager advised me that we’re now closed. Which is odd, When you technically close at 9pm!!! and Ive been waiting in the drive through for for service for 6 mins… and it was a customer in the lobby also! So I called in to get the managers name and i feel like it was her that answered, because she paused when i asked her the managers name on duty. I was told by the lady on the phone the manager on duty name was Kat which I feel was a lie. Either way bad business jimmy johns and I definitely won’t be coming back to your establishment to waste my gas, time or money since you all don’t have the time or value your customers! Seeing that your employees had time to come to the front door both of them to open it to see if I was pulling off or around to the front instead of successfully do their jobs and make my sandwiches what they’re paid to do

So the main reason I go to Jimmy Johns instead of any other place when in the mood for a veggie sandwich is for their usually delicious, usually soft, usually fresh, usually THICK sliced wheat bread, but not this time, I commented on the slice size and was told that she didn’t cut, I commented that that’s the main part of tge sandwich, I was ignored. Yes, I could have made a scene but I resolved to never visit the Jimmy John’s on Noland and to write this review
Prices for food products are increasing but quality in some places seems to be decreasing. Choose your restaurant wisely. The pic shows the thin slice provided.

Sandwiches were good but not quite freaky fast. It took us 10 minutes to get to sandwiches and they weren’t that busy.
