My name is Bon. In the past, I never thought I would be a chef at a restaurant. I’ve been cooking for my family over the years. My wife, Samantha, gave me many good compliments about the food I cooked. That meant a lot to me, getting approval from the one who is a much better cook than me. Samantha taught me most of the cooking skills I know. My wife has an amazing taste palate. She would know if I forgot an ingredient or made changes to the recipe.

First time eating Cambodian and it was absolutely delicious! I loved how the menu has photos associated with most of the dishes’ names so you can picture what you’re eating (especially great for those who aren’t familiar with Cambodian culture). My group ordered a variety of things but to summarize, it was a nice blend of piping hot dishes with a nice crisp or grill to the meats, blended with fresh veggies and tangy sauces.

The Pandan drink is an absolute must! Pandan flavored milk with cubes of Pandan jelly. Despite being distracted by the food at some point, I didn’t feel like the flavor was muddled by the melted ice.

My personal favorite dish was the Pleah Sach Ko, advertised as a popular Cambodian dish, it did not disappoint! Tangy taste without drowning the salad, so the salad was still crisp, and the meat was nicely charred.

Needless to say, it’ll probably my new regular stop for the year.

Angkor Bar and Grill is such a great find! I loved the inside — it’s small, cozy, and intimate, which makes the experience feel special. The bar wasn’t fully open yet, but I really liked the layout and can already tell it’s going to be a great spot.

The menu offers a nice mix of dinner items and Cambodian street food. We ordered the grilled fish filet with sauce, papaya salad, crab fried rice, and a side of egg rolls — everything was flavorful and well prepared. The drink selection was also great, with plenty of options to choose from.

Customer service was excellent and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu. This is a fantastic addition to Burien’s diverse food scene!

I always appreciate places serve niche Asian regional food.
I don’t know what authentic Cambodian food tastes like but we overall enjoyed our meal. The salad was our favorite. I def will order it again in the future.

Note: the clear noodle dish didn’t look like the photos we saw online (it’s a bit sadder lol).

We will come back to try more.

Cozy Spot with Fantastic Food!
We stopped in at 5:30 PM and loved the vibe—it’s very clean and cozy inside.
The food was absolutely great! Everything we ordered was delicious.
It was a little disappointing that they were out of a couple of things (no beef sausage or fish curry), but we still found great dishes to try.
Overall, the food alone makes this spot worthwhile!

If you’re looking for Cambodian cuisine in Seattle, I highly recommend **Angkor Wok** near the University of Washington.

Atmosphere
The restaurant is beautifully decorated with vibrant flowers and stunning visuals, creating a tropical ambiance. The staff is incredibly welcoming.

Menu Highlights
Angkor Wok offers around 20-30 Cambodian dishes, including:

– **Amok**
– Beef skewers
– Hot pot
– Noodles

We tried a dry noodle dish with soup, fried noodles with broccoli, and chicken curry—each was delicious!

Drinks & Desserts
I enjoyed coconut juice, while my friends had a dragon fruit drink and a smoothie. For dessert, we loved the banana sticky rice and mango sticky rice.

Angkor Wok is one of the most impressive restaurants we’ve visited. We give it **five stars**! If you want to experience authentic Cambodian food, check it out!

let me know how many stars you would give this place!

The hot pot and pickled veg were delicious. The Cambodian coconut curry fish noodle soup was okay and the thai iced tea had a gluey syrup layer on the bottom that refused to be stirred in.
