Normally love pizza ranch but this one was deathly below par for any restaurant. The food was sitting out for who knows how long and was dried out and gross. No toilet paper in the bathrooms and sticky floors throughout the whole restaurant. I approached the manager to let her know about these things and didn’t care or even tried to pretend to. It was so badd for the 1st time ever I took pictures of what it was like.

I try to never to leave bad reviews, but both times visiting this pizza ranch, the experience was SURPRISINGLY bad! The Buffet was nearly empty with no pizzas, chicken, chips, etc. nearly the entire time we were there, with a restaurant full of people looking around and wondering if food was going to come out.
Watching one employee loudly cuss out another employee while the customers in front of us were trying to pay was completely unacceptable!! Especially with having our small kids with us.

About 4 years ago I gave this place 5 stars for the amazing staff, the cleanliness, and the food. But.. unfortunately 4 years change alot. We came to eat here 6/2/2022,sadly I was completely shocked. The floors this place was uneven I understand the issues. It is a hazard. The food? What food! There was no Pizza, the Salad looked old, half way empty, hardly any chicken. I get it short on staff but people kept coming in an paying to eat.. But what?! We spent $26.00 at eating this place after reading all the reviews unfortunately this place isn’t worth coming back.

Food was fresh and good. Last time we were there though we got wings and they were about an inch long. Looked like they were from baby chickens or maybe Cornish hens. They were tiny and paid WAY too much for them. Will never order them again. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of them.

A huge improvement with the remodel and re-open! Wow! I am impressed. We stopped right after it opened for the day. We did have to wait for a little while for someone to help us. The place is clean and tidy and looks very nice. We were taken care of during the meal. Not quite the variety as some locations, but overall very good. They kept food fresh and changed out the types of pizza instead of constantly doing the same thing. Well done!

The food is just ok but the cleanliness of the place is nasty. Everytime we go there your feet literally stick to the floor and even the carpet. I think the employees need to stay off their phones in the back and do some cleaning. Also the bathroom needs some updating and they need to do better at keeping fresh warm food on the buffet. The corn was cold, green beans looked a week old, mashed potatoes (which is usually the main reason I go there) were nasty and crusty and the salad bar food was not the greatest.

The food was absolutely horrible! The pizzas we got tasted bad, and the chicken we got was burned to a crisp. We previously went a while back and we had to return our chicken 3 times because it was burned. It cost $189 for two 8 piece dinners and 5 pizzas. Definately not worth it! $20 for an 8 piece dinner is WAY too overpriced!

We had our family reunion group of 20 there at 12 PM yesterday. We were all extremely disappointed. Walking in the door, the floor stuck to the bottom of our shoes. The private rooms floor was filthy, no way it was vacuumed the night before . Went to the food area and not a slice of pizza! All pans were empty! Nobody came to pick up our plates until we were entirely done eating. We had stacks or plates. We have eaten at the Mason City location and it was 100% better. We will not be returning to the Garner location.

This Pizza Ranch is not very good. It doesn’t have a lot pizza options available. The chicken was dry and pink and most of the other food items were undercooked. The ice machine was also broken on the pop machine. The workers were also quite unenthusiastic and rude. Also do not make reservations, they will not prepare for your arrival in any way. Another problem which is a personal opinion of mine is that their is no ice cream machine. Every Pizza Ranch I have been too has a ice cream machine and honestly Pizza Ranch is one of my favorite places to make a root beer float and to sit down with my friends and family to be together and just eat pizza. This Pizza Ranch did not fulfill this and I am giving this one star. Just save your money and go to Casey’s across the street. This place is quite ridiculous.

Waited a long time for to go order. They told my son they reheated the chicken, making it greasy and over cooked. Also ordered an 8 piece chicken. Received 2 chicken wings, 3 thighs, and three legs. No breast meat at all. My understanding is that an eight piece is 2 breasts, 2 legs, 2 wings and 2 legs. Management needs to up the quality of food and service. Very disappointed!
