Of course, the pho is fantastic too — rich broth, great portions, and always comforting. Everything here tastes homemade and thoughtfully prepared.
Reliable, tasty, and friendly — Wicked Chopstix never disappoints! Highly recommend.
The mango shrimp salad was delicious, it was sweet with a little heat and fresh veggies and delicious fish sauce poured on top. Me and my girlfriend loved this and highly recommend. Fresh spring rolls are good as usual, hard to mess up, but great side dish.
Catfish was great. Fried up chunks on a sizzling platter with onions. I just put everything in a bowl and poured the fish sauce over, great meal, cat fish had good flavor and a nice crunch. Goes really well with the soft noodles and veggies.
Have to try the soups next time to see how the broth is, but great dishes so far.
Off street parking is available. Good for a whole family. The place looked big enough for group gatherings.
We had the pork belly vermicelli plate, the chicken clay pot (rice dish), and the mango shrimp salad. Plus egg foam coffee and Thai iced tea.
There are options on some dishes for the sauce. We had the regular fish sauce and the fish paste. And there was another that had shoyu and vinegar. Plenty of fresh herbs and some lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
The salad had more carrot than mango, but they were both finely shredded and well seasoned. With some crushed peanuts and fried shallots and bits of fresh herbs.
The pork belly vermicelli didn’t really have belly – maybe tenderloin with a layer of fat left on – and the seasoning in the noodle and rice dishes seemed to rely on the separate sauces.
The drinks were delicious. I liked the tea because it wasn’t sweetened with condensed milk so the tea flavor really came through.
We enjoyed the meal and had leftovers for later. And we’ll definitely be back to try other menu items.
The mango shrimp salad has a solid amount of fish sauce, making it flavorful and fresh. I love the bit of herbs hidden in each bite. They have lots of shrimp to go with it. Wonderful appetizer. 5/5
The spring roll is a normal spring roll with shrimp only. They added something crunchy in the middle, which enhances it. Their sauce is great. It’s a bit of the hoisin sauce with some peanuts and fried garlic. Great flavors 5/5
Sizzling fish was seasoned so perfectly. It’s marinated with some sauce I can’t put my finger on but absolutely delicious. It’s paired with vermicelli noodles and fresh lettuce, Thai basil and cucumbers with some fish sauce. 5/5
The vegetarian Obama noodles were solid. I love each individual piece of “protein” added to the noodles and it’s also paired with vermicelli noodles, fresh lettuce, Thai basil and cucumber. The vegetarian sauce is not too good to be honest. I just don’t like the soy flavor in the vegetarian sauce. If it were similar to the fish sauce some how it would be 100x better. 4/5
The Obama Noodle is super good, and presented beautifully. The sauce is a bit too sweet, but otherwise it’s perfect. It includes the BEST egg roll I’ve had and definitely house made!
The mango shrimp salad is heaven. It’s a bit spicy, but the shrimp tastes like ceviche and it’s perfectly balanced. Nice seafood flavor and yummy mango.
The pho is good, with fresh tasting noodle! And a big size (even the small).
The squid satay is quite spicy and very good!
Very friendly service.
All these good things in mind, the most impressive is how fresh and tasty all their produce was. Huge jalapenos, super fresh bean sprouts (almost vanilla scented), and crisp lettuce.
Also really loved the beef in betel leaf!
I will be back!
