Unfortunately ordered a bagel this morning, establishment was not busy just myself and one more person in the shop and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I got to my office my bagel was cut with a dirty knife that had been previously used with something with a pink color? Not sure what but needless to say threw it in the garbage! NOT ACCEPTABLE! Do you not know about cross contamination?? We love to promote and shop at our local businesses but in this case my family nor I will return.

Now let me explain my ratings and ill get to the categories of the stars. First we went in and the girl at the register was friendly and very accommodating. That part of the vist was great. Now ill explain the atmosphere of a 2. Besides the helpful counter girl was another woman who i felt was glaring at us the whole time and we felt uncomfortable. If this was just a misunderstanding I apologize for it. Now for the food, it was great. First we got some bagels to go, they were very interesting. I also got the last asiago cheese bagel and had the garden cream cheese , that was also delicious. We got an oreo, chocolate chip, (i think was the second it was next to the oreo,) and the new strawberry one. We didnt eat them yet but il say they look delicious and well made. Then we ordered a black and white cookie, not made there but delicious. Then we got a double chocolate fudge? (I think thats the name, it was all brown and very chocolatey.) For the finally we asked for the Tuscan turkey sandwich. Now this is where the 2 star rating comes in. The sandwich was just a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, nothing else. It was just OK when I ate it. What i wanted was the tuskan turkey, which was roasted turkey, provolone, roasted red peppers and mayo. There was not even mayo on the sandwich. We asked for extra mayo and mustard on the sandwich and the side. We got the side ones though. On too of the thr muffin they gave us was a chocolate chip and not the double chocolate. Oh I forgot the sides for the sandwich we got was the macaroni salad which was great. The price was also good. The 2 comes from the disappointment of opening up something you were waiting for and getting something wrong and the atmosphere feeling from inside. I can get over the atmosphere as the food was great. I would go back, they just have to communicate better.

The employees are usually very nice. No real issues there. Bagels are often dry, but when you happen to get a fresh one, they are delicious. My main issue is no decaf coffee. Came in 3 times last week asking. They just say that they have run out. Today, an older man came in asking for decaf, when he realized that they didn’t have any, he through his cup down and walked out. Not everyone coming in after 12 pm can drink caffeinated coffee.

Visited this local family-owned bagel spot for lunch today. The employees were nice and had great recommendations. The portions were generous – I got two bagels: their French toast bagel with chocolate cream cheese and lox on their last garlic bagel. They also offer cream cheese tastings!
They have a big menu with lots of lunch options in addition to bagels. Will definitely return!

My husband went in to order a dozen bagels and try these for the first time. He was so impressed with the friendliness of this family owned business. He received a free cup of coffee and 2 extra bagels as a first time customer. The bagels were warm and delicious and bagel lovers in the area will be so happy!!! They also have Boars Head! The menu is extensive and they have a Mediterranean feel. Enjoy!

Short review: This would be a terrible bagel in the Midwest.
Long review: I live very close and always try it since but still not even worth the convenience. Never once do I order and my order is 100% correct. The bagel seasoning/flavor is always lacking. Just about everything is over cooked, meat is always charred. Can’t find a single redeeming quality regarding food or service.

first time here— I ordered an egg & cheese on everything bagel. it was prepared quickly, and tasted amazing. portions were great, and they have a large bagel, dessert, and drink selection, as well as other sandwich items on the menu.

DISAPPOINTED!! I Called in my order asked for turkey sausage scrambled egg and cheese on a Cinnamon raisin bagel lightly toasted with butter and jelly. She said no turkey sausage. I told her ok can I have turkey bacon instead. She called me back and said no cinnamon raisin bagels. I said I’ll take a plain bagel. When I arrived I made a medium coffee. I paid $8. When I got. To work I had a plain bagel with a mound of butter and jelly. No turkey bacon or eggs. I called back and the same girl answered I told her my name and asked her if she took my order. She said yes. You had a plain bagel with butter and jelly. I said no and repeated our conversation. She said oh so you still wanted the turkey bacon and eggs. I asked what did I pay $8 for she said the bagel is $3.85. Plus charge for butter and charge for jelly also the medium coffee. I told her thank you and hung up. That was Horrible! Very Poor service and wayy too expensive and look at what I received! Go to King wings instead. It’s cheaper. I guess I won’t use them this year for the Holiday breakfast.

Nice staff’s or owners. They participate in toogoodtogo app which makes it clear they are a good local company/store. As a plus their bagels tastes so good!! Ample seating inside. They have pastries and coffees/drinks as well to enjoy some good chitchat with friends. Ample parking. Accepts debit/credit cards. See images for further reference
