Pizza Depot was a vendor at Sarnia VegFest. We didn’t have a lot of time to explore the festival as we had other commitments to attend that day, but we stopped by their store location the next day in hopes of getting a taste of vegan pizza. We didn’t see them on the menu, so inquired about them. The staff promptly provided information about the menu served at VegFest and offered to make us any of the ones they were able to make right then. We ordered 2 different kinds which I don’t recall the names of (olives on half of one for my partner who likes them), and they were excellent. My boyfriend enjoyed the zucchini on the one, and I liked the tofu on the other. We really hope the vegan pizzas will be added to the menu permanently as we would love to order from here again. I’ve experienced this issue far too many times now. Whoever answers the phone at this location is consistently rude.
Today(Monday 26th Jan,2026), I called to place a pickup order at 8:02PM and politely asked if it would be okay to pick up my pizza by 9:00 PM. The person on the call asked if I could come earlier. I explained that my work shift ends around that time and that I am only a minute away from the store. Instead of responding, he abruptly cut the call without saying anything.
I called back to clarify, and he did the exact same thing again — ended the call mid-conversation.
I honestly don’t understand what the issue is, but this person always seems to have a problem with pickup orders and behaves very rudely, even when we go in person to collect our food. I’ve avoided posting a review for a long time, hoping things would improve, but this experience was the last straw. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Great experience really good staff and they remember my name of course I’m a regular customer duh . I have been here for 4 times it’s great however my first time wasn’t quite pleasing but now it’s good and I’m now addicted to their pizzas can’t resist the taste . So the best thing about their pizza is how soft the crust and base is I’m loving it and also recommend my friends and they too have a amazing experience.this place has too much crowd so I have to wait for 30 minutes but I can wait for the delicious taste.

This is my wife and I’s 3rd time in 2 weeks trying Pizza Depot in Sarnia! Nothing but an amazing experience. Customer service and food is 5/5. Definitely recommend the butter chicken pizza and loaded fries. The woman who owns this location is very respectful and outgoing. She suggested to try the butter chicken loaded fries and it was phenominal. We will be back!!

Very good dough flavour and the pepperoni is slightly burnt on the edges giving it such a nice taste! The cheese is slightly browned and melted to perfection. Very great pizza. The lady taking our order was also very friendly!

Absolute superb customer service. I ordered a pizza with lactose free cheese, they made a mistake (everyone is human), but what they did to correct the mistake spoke volumes. I already had the pizza home and a slice half gone before I realized I figured it was real cheese. I called them, they owned up and made me a new pizza and then delivered it.
