Stefan and Zach are exactly the ambassadors for the Subway brand that you want. After a multiple disappointments today between the app glitching and another store being out of bread and having to change locations, I decided to go to my neighborhood store. I have never been disappointed by the service at this location. Staff is always friendly, helpful and usually has something kind to say to brighten your day. After three strikes today with the subway brand the Cahill location hit a home run just by listening and having a kind word. Good job guys!

New resident to the city. Went to get food and the door was locked. I had arrived at 8:30. Both google and the front door sign say open until 9. When I knocked the employee just ignored me to finish packing everything away.

I just bought my daughter lunch from here. I have been here multiple times and everything is always perfect. The employees are always nice and greet you when you come in. I look forward to buying my daughter lunch here more often.

The music was so loud I couldn’t even hear myself think. They didn’t even turn it down once they noticed me. Ordered a turkey and ham sandwich. Got 2 pieces of each meat and paid a ridiculous price .

They are consistently closing every night 1 hour sometimes even 1 ½ before the scheduled time. They are supposed to be open until 9pm

This was by far the worst trip to subway one sandwich had so much cheese u couldn’t even taste the meat. Asked for bacon put it in a bag then put it with the napkins. My daughter asked for toppings and they bearly even coved the bread. 4th sandwich was so bad went straight in trash.

So I gave this Subway another chance, hoping I didn’t have another run in with the same young lady as before. I didn’t. The 2 women that were working on Sunday, June 2, were great. A bunch of us went in after church and ordered sandwiches, among other things and they were patient, kind and efficient. It was a wonderful reception after the first encounter I had a few Thursdays ago.
Don’t hold bad or rude customer service against an establishment because this, too, can pass.

Overall good experience at Subway, the only downside is the price of my sandwich. Unfortunately I had a coupon for a footling sandwich for 7.99, that had expired a week earlier, I had asked if they would honor it, but said that their system is not setup for that. I bought the sandwich anyways. Unfortunately the sandwich was 13.87!, No chips or drink, just the sandwich! I like Subway but it’ll be a while before I go there again, so if you want more customers, maybe honor coupons or more customer friendly prices?
