We have been ordering from here for years. Each order is roughly $100 because of the size of our family. Lately its just been getting worse. Ordered 10 items today. Received them fairly quickly, about 20 mins after ordering. Well, it was ALL disgusting, save the cookie. 5 pizzas with crust as paper thin as the pizza. Wings were rubbering and only half covered in sauce. 1 container of garlic dip was half open and had spilled all over the box it was in and onto the next box and made a huge mess. The cheesy bread was undercooked – doughy & flimsy. Papadia tasted old – quite frankly everything tasted as if it were 3 day old leftovers. Of course, no paper products aa requested. I called the manager about the order. He had absolutely no clue! He did offer a “redeem” – meaning he could replace the pizza but nothing else. WHAT?!?!? Is this the quality of food you are making now????? Apparently it is, because his reply is “its all cooked the same way as always”. I would have preferred waiting the estimated hour and getting edible food than getting it in 20 minutes as nasty as nasty can be. Nawww man, keep your “redeem” – we will NOT be ordering from here again.

I’ve ordered here 3 times in the last few months and can remember exactly what was wrong with each: first one was SEVERELY undercooked, both my cheese sticks and pizza. Then the second time, so much sauce you can’t even pick the pizza up. So last night i ordered light sauce and my pizza is just cheese… probably won’t be back soon

I’ve ordered from this location a few times. It’s been a few years, until last night. Nothing changed. Pizza ordered at 5:15, tracker showed it was made promptly, and ready for delivery. It arrived 2 hours later. Just as cold as one would expect given that wait. No call from them about a delayed delivery. They assigned delivery to a third party service (DD). Way too much money for poor service and cold food. Never ever again. Would never recommend Papa John’s.

So they deliver thru Doordash now, and the picture below of the pizzas on a mailbox is how they delivered my food that was picked up by someone else anyway.
I mean, why would it be when you left it IN A BUSY STRIP MALL HOT AND FRESH . I had been waiting for my order and then my dasher said he couldn’t find us.
I’m a dasher, my husband was a dasher, and dashers come to my store EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I called the # provided a dozen times to no avail for a refund. Then called the actual store for a refund and they refused to give me one and had a really nasty attitude about it. Like a very “How dare you ask for your $60 back for food we served to the public?” They just insisted on allowing them to do it again.
I’m not a mean person, but why the hell would I order here again?

The short lady with the glasses was very rude and unprofessional. I believe she was a manager she was yelling at the poor workers when I came in, she needs to learn how to respect others and know the time and place, she shouldn’t be yelling infront of customers. P.s the food was alright.

If you ever go into this establishment be prepared for a girl with a pony tail to be rude to you. She is obnoxious and the other workers looked so annoyed by her I will not be returning to this papa johns at all, waiting for my pizza for 15 minutes was hell.

I called tonight at 6:00 pm i ordered 2 pizzas they told me 45 min wait almost 2 hours later i didn’t hear my doorbell ring no knock on the door i was sitting by my front door the whole time i call the store to find out my pizza is sitting on the front porch for an hour in 23 degree weather they told me the driver called and sent a picture i received no phone call no text message i called the store to ask for 2 hot pizzas they told me no i then asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do that cause there’s nothing wrong with the pizza Like HUH it’s ice cold pizza won’t be ordering from this location again do yourself a favor steer clear from this place it felt like i was robbed!

Ordered 2 pizzas to be well done. Both were under cooked and pretty much tasteless. Both were bland. Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering from there again. Would definitely not recommend. Good thing I ordered a Pepsi, it was the best part.
