Super fast and very nice service here. All employees are patient and in a great mood. The music they play here is usually really good. I will definitely come back here. Just an FYI: if you are planning to take tour drink to the museum space (NASA), they won’t let you in with it.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Maya, the manager. I was sitting outside this Starbucks with my service dog for the respect of the other customers when a polite employee informed me that the store was dog-friendly and invited me inside.
Once inside, I politely asked Maya for a cold brew. She made the situation unnecessarily difficult, stating that she could not take orders from that side of the store. I explained that I was ordering from there because I was with my dog. Although she eventually took the order, her attitude was rude.
After bringing my drink, she then told me I needed to leave because dogs were not allowed inside.
I always respect the rules of the places I visit and never ask for special treatment. However, the way Maya handled this situation was highly unprofessional. As a manager myself, I can confidently say this was not handled appropriately. She would benefit from additional training, particularly when it comes to empathy and customer service. Thank you.

I ordered one of the pastries and typically staff will ask me if I want my items warmed up and I usually say no. This morning idk the person’s name since they don’t wear me tags was very abrupt and short when telling me “Um you need to tell us if you don’t want your bread warmed up” and “there are other orders so you need to wait”. I know people get busy but if you’re going to speak to customers that way then you shouldn’t be in customer service. I won’t go back to this location.

Before I even get my coffee and egg bites, I want to say this is my favorite Starbucks by far! I walked in and all the staff was so friendly and upbeat and just having a great time! They were literally all just so nice! And made my start to the day great! I definitely recommend this stop. And I’m not one of the loyal Starbucks coffee people. I just stopped in for a quick caffeine boost, but people like this definitely made me sign up and want to come back more often!

Standard Starbucks on NASA1 Parkway, mainly full of students ysing the wifi. Usual menu, got my order wrong but quickly and proffesionaly changed it. Cleanest toilet I have ever seen in a Starbucks!
