I dont normal leave reviews. But this is frustrating. The whole time I waited for my drink the employees were just gossiping to each other. And then they gave me my drink and its loaded with cinnamon on the top. And looks awful.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location in the last few months but it has increasingly gone downhill, and very fast. There are children running this establishment, in addition to that poor poor trained staff due to lack of management. I used to come here 3-4 times a week with little to no problems, now to almost an issue on the daily. The building looks run down, the staff makes you wait anywhere from 2-3 minutes before taking your order, and sometimes a 5-6 minute wait at the window. Drinks are NEVER consistent, sometimes my drink is full, sometimes it’s missing flavor, and sometimes it really is great, I won’t keep trying to see what I get. I don’t know what changed recently but all I can say is after addressing this issue with employees at the window, they claim there is new management and issues won’t be fixed anytime soon because she’s new. Find a different coffee shop while you wait for her to learn her job first. Scooters, do better at training your staff before shoving them off the deep end.

Staff was rude, short with me, and seemed agitated they even had a customer in the drive thru. We ordered a hot chocolate and an Oreo blender.
We were traveling thru Sedalia. Within 20 minutes of starting to drink our drinks and noticing the weird tastes and us getting allergic reactions. We figured out they gave us the sugar free versions and we are VERY ALLERGIC to artificial sweeteners. Location clearly doesn’t care about customers and likes to be spiteful.

This is a pretty easy stop just off the main drag if you’re passing through Sedalia on Hwy 50. For a Friday afternoon, this coffee drive-thru was hoppin’! The line moved fairly quickly. My go-to at Scooter’s is the brewed coffee flavor of the day, but the barista said they stopped brewing it at noon. Opted for the cold brew instead, a solid standby, and it fueled me onward down the road. (Pro tip: If you want to avoid congestion at the Walmart intersection, use an intersection to the west and take the parallel side street to go east to Scooter’s).

First time trying scooters figured I would give it a try. Prices are a little bit cheaper then Starbucks but I ordered iced chai with cinnamon brown sugar syrup with extra pumps I couldn’t taste the flavor of any cinnamon or brown sugar. I will not be going back even if they offered a free drink. Starbucks is always on point with flavor and mixing it right. The person that made my drink didn’t even know what went in it. My drink tasted not at all as expected I would have preferred any other place besides this one.
