We are thrilled that a new Mexican restaurant opened on Robert Street and we finally visited Grande Sunrise. My wife said the enchiladas with mole sauce were superb. My burrito was very good but I would suggest getting an alternative to French fries and adding sour cream. The margaritas were very good but they are huge.
The staff is friendly and prompt. We will definitely return.

I love the new location. Even though it’s farther, it’s worth it for the food’s quality. I ordered the chips with guacamole and the steak soles. Everything arrived very quickly and was phenomenal as usual. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is always extremely polite and attentive, and the food is always hot. The guacamole tastes soooo fresh. I would absolutely return.

Really good mexican food plus the best margaritas on Robert street. The service was also great and you can tell they care about the place. The portions are huge and the taste matches. The fajitas were very flavorful and are highly recommend but definitely try the margaritas!

We visited Grande Sunrise for the first time today and already expect to be regulars. The food was delicious and the service was top notch.
My husband had the beef tounge burrito and was impressed with the flavor and the quantity. He loved it but could not finish is all. His fries were delicious too!
I eat low carb and opted for the shrimp fajitas without the tortillas or rice. The seasoning was perfect and I too was unable to finish my entire portion (although I gave it a valiant try, it was so flavorful!).
The server checked in on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. The chef who brought out our food also checked in to see how we liked our choices.
There were several other options on the menu that appealed to me and we are already planning to head back next weekend to give them a try.

1st time here and we grabbed lunch. I will say this was some of the best tacos I’ve had. The quesabirria was so delicious and filling. The staff is incredibly polite. I will be back and having family gatherings here. Very Highly Recommended place to try and you wont be Disappointed!

We love this place and followed them to their new restaurant from their Mpls location. This is a very fine family owned and run restaurant. They have a large menu with many seafood options. Don’t miss out on their chips and salsa. Love the the salsa! We are very happy for the Grande family and wish them great success in their new location!

I love their tacos but I really love their quesabirria tacos! This family owned restaurant is super cute! Their music is lively and puts you in a dancing mood! The owner is always super friendly. I could talk to him for hours. Reasonable price for authentic Mexican food

Food is just OK. With there being so many options for mexican food in close proximity, I hope they can step their game up. The tamales were undercooked (still doughy in the center), the asada was bland but the beans were delicious! The service was fast and fun, did seem a bit odd though that the older gentleman greeted almost every table in the house but ours. We might give it a chance once they have some time to iron out the kinks.

Excellent food and service. Langostinos, pozole, enchiladas and aguachile were all very, very good.
Service was great, also very good horchata.

Cute place, good prices and service. Blandest Mexican food I’ve ever had, and that includes places in small towns all over the Midwest. Fresh oysters were worryingly dry. Other seafood dishes were decent but I got the 3 amigos (tamale, enchilada, chili relleno) and none of them were good. Just red sauce and white cheese and the memory of a tortilla. Tamale was super dry and the chili had some soggy breading and no spices in the meat. Even their hot sauce wasn’t spicy. How can you be a Mexican restaurant this close to Cesar Chavez and not spice your food? Very disappointing.
