Arried 30 minutes before they close, the lady who attended me was very patient with me and was kind, really appreciate it. Also, the paletas were top notch!

I love this place but I hate how they treat new employees in training. This (new) nice lady was taking our order and instead of the manager helping her with my order because she still learning she was being rude to her and making her feel bad. How disrespectful of the manager not help her employees on what they need to know if something is wrong. OWNER WATCH HOW YOUR MANAGERS TREAT YOUR OTHER EMPLOYEES. And this is a delicious snack the nice lady did for me and I’m happy how it came out!

Horrible customer service. Ordered 3 yogurts of different flavors and fruits, the lady making the yogurts didn’t bother labeling the cups to not mix them up and she messed up on 2 of them so I had to go back and have her make me just 1 new one and she gave me attitude about it. She said I wasn’t being specific on which one needed certain things so i asked her if she just guessed then instead of asking me and she got upset but made my new yogurt with less fruit and granola.

Thank you to everyone on the Reviews of this place. If there is one thing everyone hates is bad customer service. I was tempted to give this place another try. Everyone reviewing this place saved me the aggravation. I ended up buying my Desserts from the vending machines at the Worlds Largest Laundromat.

I was waiting over 10 mins to order and no one acknowledged me. They was taking care of the other customers and they started making me feel like they racist because I’m African American and everyone in there was Mexican, they took care of there race but did not try to serve me so I left and walked out, I will continue going to the other location on armitage.

I’ve seen these in many places. A friend of mine brought me here to get a fruit cup. None of the fruit was ripe/sweet (strawberries, watermelon, pineapple), except for the papaya. There’s way too much plastic and styrofoam being used. Many of the products under the glass are full of artificial dyes. This is not a place I would like to go back to.

I don’t come here often so this is new to me. I was expecting a lot more cheese than this, you know? Just like you always get it. No matter what business you go to. There’s literally no point in adding a clear bag to the chips with cheese if there is basically no cheese.

During a day out in town with my brother, nephew, and mom, we decided to treat ourselves to some ice cream and chose La Michoacana Prime as our destination. As we parked our car and stepped inside, the first thing that struck us was the intense chill in the air. Even with our coats on, the cold inside the store left us shivering.
We approached the counter to order our ice cream, and the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag. One employee stood out for their friendliness, providing a warm touch to our chilly surroundings. However, another staff member seemed less welcoming, displaying an attitude that could be perceived as rude to customers. This inconsistency in customer service left us with varying impressions.
When our ice cream arrived, the taste was undoubtedly a highlight. The flavors were rich and satisfying, offering a delightful treat to our taste buds. However, the sweetness of the experience was somewhat tempered by the realization that the prices were on the higher side. While I can’t recall the exact amount off the top of my head, I do remember feeling a bit taken aback by the total, especially with what seemed like a hefty tax charge.
Leaving La Michoacana Prime, we found ourselves with a mixed bag of impressions. The delicious ice cream provided a tasty experience, but the overpriced nature of the treats and the varying degrees of customer service left us with conflicting feelings. Despite the ups and downs, we didn’t rule out the possibility of returning, as the flavors were undeniably delightful. Perhaps on a warmer day or with a bit more consistency in service, our next visit might tip the scales towards a more positive overall experience.
