I can’t begin to count how many Colombian restaurants we have visited throughout the country. We finally found the best! You have to come you have to try it all out. The service is incredible the food is even better.

I have been meaning to try this place for awhile, I finally went in last night and was greeted with a smile even though they were close to closing. I ordered half a chicken with tostones and a salad. What a nice surprise when I went home and sat down to eat! Unlike other pollo a la brasa that I’ve had, the skin on the chicken was nice and crispy. The meat was juicy, especially the pechuga and it was packed with flavor. It doesn’t stop there; usually when I order tostones I get disappointed because they’re always so thick and aren’t crispy, but I always have hope. Their tostones were the perfect size and nice and thin so when you bite them it has that perfect crunch. The cabbage salad was also good, dressed with the right amount of vinegar. Their house hot sauce was also the cherry on top that completed the meal.
Needless to say I will be back! This is truly a hidden gem in Broadway Passaic.

One of the best grilled chickens I’ve had in The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor from the grill. Perfectly seasoned with a great balance of spices—nothing bland here. You could tell it was cooked with care, not rushed. The sides were fresh and matched the meal well (the rice and plantains were great). Clean place, quick service, and friendly people. If you’re looking for real grilled chicken, this spot is worth the drive!
