Just went through the drive thru to order a drink on the website and I could hear the manager or owner yelling that what I wanted wasn’t real and isn’t on the app. I just left and walked in to show him and tell him that I could hear everything and he should not talk to people that way. Will never go back to this location. Horrible human being! Tried saying he wasn’t yelling at me and was yelling at his employee. Also disgusting.

We ordered food this morning and received burnt food the bagels were black and bacon that was crumbled and black as well. Donuts were a day old dry and crumbly I called to ask for the food to be remade and I got asked for a name for the order and they never ask for a name when you order in the drive-thru. After I said my name the lady on the phone said well we don’t have a name for that order I then explained that we had just picked up the food the girl hung up on me! What a joke of a place customer service none existent. My other half had to go back in and at first the girl was shocked that she was there to receive a refund with the food in her hand the girl behind the counter asked if she wanted them to remake the food but why would we want any food made from this place so we requested a refund and nope you guessed it they didn’t refund the entire order they refunded a part of the order what a joke of a place this is.

i was hungry after my shift. i decide i will get an everything bagel toasted dark w plain cream cheese from the closest dunkin, little did i know i would be truly in for a treat. i was planning on eating it on the way home but i had to pull over to truly enjoy this masterpiece. genuinely best experience ive ever had at a dunkin (and i worked at one before). not to mention everyone there was beyond nice to me. excellent. bravo. #yum

The drinks are okay, but I’ve gotten food multiple times and every single time it’s somehow both overcooked and cold and disgusting. It’s like they’re giving you overcooked food that’s also been sitting under a warmer for too long.

My wife ordered coffee from here and she is deathly allergic to dairy so she gets oak milk and her coffee always has the same darker color the coffee she got was really light color usually meaning it had dairy and when she went back to have a new one made they argued and refused to do it. She can’t just taste it and find out and if she did her throat will swell closed. So if you have allergies I need your coffee made a certain way I would probably avoid this location as they will make it wrong and refuse to make it right
