We heard the one in Belden has gone downhill so we tried the one closest to us on Market. The first thing we saw when we walked in was how messy the counter was. Rice everywhere except where the rice bins are. They were obviously too busy at 830PM for cleanliness to be a priority. There was so much of a mess and sloppy that it looked like different meats got dropped in different bins as the building was happening and no effort to clean it up. I love brown rice but there was so much white rice in the brown rice that I can’t taste the difference. I did not get pics of the mess but I am sure if you review the camera footage you can plainly see the same things we did. Our bowls were barely filled with ingredients that you could’ve swore there was a food shortage. This is the smallest bowl I have ever received. My wife’s was even worse. Cannot forget the bay leaf I found in my bowl. Thank God I didn’t just chew that up and swallow it!

I used to eat here all the time. I still do. But the service has gone down significantly in the last like 5 months. The portions have just gotten so much less. There’s an employee here that every time I try to get double protein just doesn’t do it and charges me. I got a normal chicken and a double chicken. He does a “normal” scoop in both and then the double protein basically just adds like 5 little pieces tip of the spoon deal scoop. What is thaaaat. It never used to be this way. For fun I weighed the protein in both bowls at home. Normal had 4.7 oz. My double had 6.4 Last I checked math that ain’t it chief. I don’t know I still like the food but if things don’t get better I’m just gonna go to a different location.

My boyfriend and I got violent food poisoning after eating here. And I know it was the food from this restaurant that got us sick because it was the only food we had in common that day. I lost count after 10 of how many times I threw up and I lost 7 pounds in three days. We both had to call off work for those three days because we couldn’t even keep a little water down. I’m surprised we didn’t have to go to the hospital for severe dehydration. I will never eat here again and I’ve since told everyone I know to not come to this location. A co-worker of mine who used to work at a different location delivered some supplies to this location’s kitchen and said it was the most filthy disgusting kitchen she’d ever seen, had I known that before I never would have given this location my money. Don’t risk your health by eating here.

Two times in a row now my order has been messed up. Here’s my order double white rice, no beans, fajita veggies, chicken, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, light sour cream. First time they gave me brown rice, black beans, chicken, corn, hot salsa, cheese, and double sour cream. Second time they completely forgot my fajita veggies, and to top it all off my bowl was iced cold when I picked it up at my scheduled time. I understand mistakes happen, but this is is just getting ridiculous.

Just had the best Chipotle experience! The food was amazing, as always, but it was the crew that really made it stand out. You could tell they were a solid team—working so fast and getting everyone through the line with a smile, even though it was super busy.
The person making my bowl was so patient and friendly, helping me figure out what I wanted and making sure I got a little bit of everything. They were generous with the portions, too! It’s awesome to see people who genuinely enjoy their job. I’ll definitely be going back soon.

This is not the first time we have ordered online for pick up and it was terrible. Don’t get me wrong the food taste great but the portions were pathetic. The 2 pics I put on here were for 2 of my kids. They only get rice cheese and a meat. So we always ask for extra rice and double meat. And as you can see the bowl for both their orders were about 30% full.When you have 5 kids and order from somewhere often you expect to get a fair portion. Just feel ripped off again.
