It’s so unpleasant, all the service really don’t come here customer service they don’t care they are so rude and bad people, in how they treated me I ordered sushi with cream cheese, and they put me in cream cheese apart, I asked in the roll they didn’t care, but to charge if they are good, I’m very upset avoid bad service and bad food don’t waste your money! $36 is not even worth it

This is kind of a little hidden gem in Liberty! You wouldn’t really expect such a big and cool spot here.
So you walk in and there’s normal seating on the left and then the hibachi on the right. The hibachi was really cool! ‍
The dishes are kind of expensive though. Especially the hibachi!! But it’s part of the experience. And open wide because you’ll have to try to catch a shrimp in your mouth lolol!!! I was actually pleasantly surprised with how good the onion soup was! That came with the hibachi meal.
The sushi was decent. The spicy tuna rolls tasted a little different than other ones I’ve had and I didn’t feel like they were as good. We got a few different rolls, those were decent. I wasn’t a huge fan of the one where the seaweed was wrapped around the whole thing. Not due to the seaweed. Just due to the roll lol. Can’t remember the names lol but there are a lot of options and they have sashimi too.
Fun place!!

Personally, we just got carry-out because we wanted the delicious fried rice and yellow sauce. All the food was great. We had no problems with pickup, and the interior looked extremely nice.
We tried several items on the menu, and they were all solid. I especially liked the seafood salad. The fried rice wasn’t my favorite hibachi fried rice, but it was still great. The steak was EXCELLENT, and the vegetables were flavorful.
The sushi was great.
The postickers were okay.
Overall, it was a great experience. Carry out was simple and easy as well.

We went for dinner on Thanksgiving. There weren’t many customers, but the staff still acted professional as if it was their busiest night. The waitress was extremely sweet and attentive and the cook was kind and entertaining (even though it was just us at the table). The food was delicious, portions plentiful and the price was comparable to similar hibachi restaurants. Thank you to the staff for being open on Thanksgiving!

Very disappointed. We went to celebrate a birthday and had a reservation. The wait staff was friendly, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short.

The chef was not entertaining and didn’t engage with our table at all. He also mixed up the steak orders for our group. The food itself was very bland, noticeably under-seasoned, and portions felt skimpy. There was also no shrimp appetizer, which we expected. When we asked for the traditional dipping sauces (teriyaki and yellow sauce), the chef told us they don’t have them, which was surprising for a Japanese steakhouse.

Prices have definitely increased, and at nearly $40 per person, the experience was not worth the cost. We’ll be finding somewhere else to go next time.

Took off from cooking and spent Thanksgiving dinner here with my wife. Great service and food. Steak and shrimp was my choice and it was delicious. Our chef was to notch and put on a show for me and my wife that was funny and entertaining. We will go again for sure on a regular night.

The hibachi was entertaining, had nice flavors, and a little pizzazz.

My first time visiting with a friend. She and I came across this restaurant just by randomly searching for sushi. Super glad we got to go and experience Fuji. Highly recommend it and prices aren’t awful, very affordable and friendly prices.

I asked for a clean glass and was brought another dirty glass and was told these are all they have. The portions were small compared to most of their competitors. I have never left a hibachi feeling like I could still eat more. Food quality was middle of the road at best. Unlikely we will ever come back.
