I dont normally give 5 stars, but the new gluten free crust is AMAZING!!! I haven’t had a thick fluffy pizza in years. I didnt believe it was gluten free I had to take it back up to the counter to make sure it really was gluten free. It only comes in small, but it is so good!!!

I would not recommend delivery. I paid $50 for a medium pizza that was not correct and barely warm. I called right away and Briana the manager was responsive and said it would be remade. 1 hour later she called to say I didn’t pick it up. Well, because it was meant to be delivered. Lots of money for a two hour process to eat and in the end no pizza.

I came here for lunch & ordered a small pizza with two toppings and it cost me close to $20 before the tip. Small pizzas used to cost not much more than $10 so I’d shudder at the thought of ordering a large pizza from here. Domino’s does better for less money. A few positives: sauce/cheese quality was excellent & pizza was hot upon pick-up

Went to dine in today there were at least 8 to 9 people working it took 10 min for them to take my order. I ordered a sports pack wich I payed about 60 for I received my pizza in about 20 min wich was fine but my garlic twist and wings never came. I was done eating my pizza so asked what they could do since my other food did not come . There response was it will be out in 5 min but took actually another 30 . So disappointed as this will be last time eating there. Very over priced and service was not to good as well. I could of went to little ceasers and got better service

I normally won’t leave this poor of a review, but this is the exception. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited the predetermined time and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, I noticed some very agitated customers waiting for their orders… I soon became one of them. There were plenty of employees behind the counter and preparation area, but no one’s orders were being served. I waited for 45 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my pizza. During this time, I was told several times that my order was almost done. Several people demanded their money back and left. One of the orders was a pepperoni pizza, just like what I ordered. It was just sitting up there and the person who ordered it had already left. I told one of the employees to just give that one and I’d be on my way, since I’ve been standing around for 45 minutes. He wouldn’t do it. He instead took it back to the employee’s area so they could eat it later. I then asked again… where’s my order? He looked and said they were just making it. They lied to me twice saying it was almost done, and then took an abandoned order that was the same as mine and kept it for themselves. At that time I demanded my money back and didn’t even get a apology of any sort. Never again! Round Table has always been our pizza place, but not anymore. Great customer service Round Table, you chased our family away for good.
