Newly open branch. Food is always exceptional. Service is outstanding. Much drive through space. But it may get crowded once starbucks open next door, especially they also have drive through. The entrance is one way in and out. I’m hoping that wouldn’t be an issue.

This In-N-Out recently opened and this place is phenomenal! The staff here was so kind. That was one of the first things that I noticed walking into the restaurant. This location looks at a little bigger than typical in and out that I’m used to and that’s good. There’s great parking lot also.
The restrooms were clean, and there was plenty of space to eat. We chose to eat outside where there were several tables where you could sit.
The food was great as always. I ordered a double double protein style and you can’t go wrongwith the fries here.

Went in through the drive thru, ordered a double double protein style amongst a couple of other items. After two bites, my eyes caught the attention of a black speck on the lettuce. It was a fruit fly. I didnt want the extra protein today. Im dinner-less now.

Alex the manager gives great service. He was attending customers with a great smile while the same time cleaning the restaurant. He immediately gave my children coloring books. He also cut the children’s hamburger in half without asking him to do so. One of the ladies was making sure the restrooms were clean as well. My child accidentally spilled hot chocolate milk and we left the restaurant. As we were leaving the restaurant he followed us outside the restaurant to give my child another hot chocolate milk. He was so nice and attentive.

Place was hopping. Greeted at counter. Opened recently (early November if I understood correctly). I got a 2 by 1 protein because I think the meat stands out in lettuce wrap and didn’t do animal because it gets too drippy. Really liked that, IMHO they do the best lettuce wraps in the biz. Fries, ok most people don’t like them, but I think these were the best I’ve had from any In n Out, They were the right amount of crispy and salty. One downside, lots of tiny undippable pieces in the bottom. I watched the constant cleaning and checking in by associates, good customer service. Place was clean and well kept. Keep it up!

I typically hate putting in negative reviews but this is probably the 5th time this has happened so I hope the people incharge can see this. But this is how much ice was put into my medium sized drink, a whole fry boat full in a 16 oz cup?? I am not trying to be difficult but I can only assume the reason i always have so much ice everytime I do drive thru is so they can skimp on the pink lemonade at that point im not even getting everything i paid for, also waited over 20 minutes and everything tasted bland. With this location open it started with a strong start but now is weaker everytime. What a shame

The manager here is one of the best I have ever seen. Customer service is fantastic. Who ever designed this place did a terrible job. Main entry is on the front where no one can park. Where one does park you have to walk through the drive through exit to gain access or walk over weeds to get to the side walk.
