My family and I have never been a Pizza Ranch before so we decided to try it out. I swore I heard the cashier say kids under 12 eat free but I must have misunderstood him as he charged us a dollar per age. For the four of us it was $50 for the buffet. We got our drinks, filled them up, set them on the table, I put my jacket on the back of one of the chairs and we went to the Fun Zone because the kids wanted to play some games. The games are okay and nothing special, limited selection and a few weren’t working but the kids had fun enough. However, when we returned to our table all of our drinks were gone and my jacket. When I went to the front to ask about my jacket and let them know what happened they did give me my jacket back but never offered to give us new drinks. At this point my wife and I weren’t very happy and honestly the pizza at the buffet did not look appetizing at all so we decided let’s just go somewhere else and get our money back. But, the manager let us know that they don’t do refunds and offered us a couple coupons for free buffets on our next visit. I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years now from fast food to finer dining and never have I heard of a restaurant not giving refunds. Needless to say those coupons won’t be used as we won’t be returning.

Pretty great, only issues were the items on the buffet kept running low or out, had to wait for food the night we went. It was completely understandable, they were busy. Chicken bacon ranch pizza was the best, and the cherry dessert pizza. The skillet chocolate chip cookies were amazing and the fried chicken was the best in Joplin. Staff members were nice and the arcade was super fun. Great place for family time.

Great pizza my personal favorite was the taco pizza! Also the best fried chicken I have ever eaten, oh and the blueberry dessert pizza was tasty! Very friendly staff, very clean and organized. I will definitely put this on my list of favorite places to eat in Joplin, I’ll have to say it’s #1 buffet!

All of the workers were very friendly and took Awesome care of us. Austin was over the top in taking care of things. We were waiting on certain pieces of chicken that were being cooked. He kept us well informed on how much longer our wait was. And when it was ready he served us. He made our visit over the top. My husband and I had brought with us my father whom is 88 years old and my step mom. They were very impressed and are looking forward to going back. Thanks to all of you and especially Austin.

Pretty good pizza buffet, I liked the Hawaiian pizza best. I came in for the salad bar and did not disappoint. There is a dessert bar and soft serve ice cream. Very pleasant staff. There is a fun “air conditioned” arcade room. Only wishing some of that cool air could make its way into the dining area.
The downside was finding a clean table. I ended up moving dirty plates and cleaning my own table at 2pm in the afternoon.

This place used to be amazing. Great varieties of pizzas on the buffet, cleanliness, friendly staff… not so much anymore. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and there was hardly any pizza on the buffet, no sauce for breadsticks and absolutely no silverware available. Several of the arcade machines are broken… The floor of the restaurant is covered in food and looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in days.. The men’s bathrooms are in absolute disarray (pictures attached) the owner of this particular location should be ashamed of how far this place has fallen.

Came at 5pm, its my sons favorite place to eat..the food wasn’t fresh. For it not being as busy the food could’ve been better. For the price you pay for the buffet it should have been good. Service was good and friendly staff. But overall we probably won’t be back for awhile.

I hyped this place up for to my family and it was a pure disappointment. Very low choices. Waited for fresh food and it took long and was not done inside. Lots of empty tables that needed clean off. Kids were entertained from the game room. Fun lights but some broken games. Never going to eat here again.

My family had a great experience at the Pizza Ranch in Joplin. Cleo the employee there was on top of everything. She checked on us kept everything stocked on the pizza bar and made sure the Pizza was what we wanted. This was just a great late lunch option for us and we will be back. Thank you for great experience.
