This place used to be great, our go to place back in 2024 through December 2025. Now thier Pho is a oil spill in a bowl. The savory bone broth and high quality craftsmanship is no more. Decent Chinese food now but it is no longer Vietnamese; which, sucks. Just lost our West Coast style eats, whoever the New Owner is, you need to wake up and get back to what was right.

The appetizer platter was delicious and beautifully presented! The shrimp spring rolls were fresh and light, the fried dumplings crispy and flavorful, and the wontons perfectly golden. Gave this place another go today. Very disappointed. The beef clay pot was foul. tasted like freezer burnt meat, calamari was 90% soggy breading, crispy spring rolls tasted old. The restaurant smelled like cleaning supplies, restroom was gross, definitely not the place it once was. Had to ask for tea refills 3x. We wont be back. It just wasn’t good at all. 🙁

The owner was very sweet and checked on us and other tables throughout our dinner. Water cups never ran low. Party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their food. Very flavorful. Vietnamese coffee and teas were also excellent.

This restaurant recently took over Pho V Nam. The staff was very friendly, and the food tasted very authentic. My family visited Pho Galaxy several times since they opened and the food never disappoints. Excellent chicken wings, potstickers, and one of the best pho I‘e ever had in my life. Pho Galaxy never disappoints! I always get the Vermicelli Bowl (Bún), and the grilled pork is incredibly tender and flavorful. All ingredients are fresh, and the dipping sauce is spot-on. Excellent Vietnamese food with great attention to detail.
