Why would they roll all the meat up like this I haven’t any idea. They have to know that this rolling of the meat will make it extremely hard to enjoy the sandwich unless you like a huge mess in your lap. Definitely doesn’t look like the menu but what ever does right. Just hard to eat! Most people just want what they pay for!

I had just walked in to place my order when one of the employees came in behind me and proceeded to belch very loudly in front of all the customers while returning to work. I asked to speak to the manager about it. When I asked her if the employees usually come into work belching out loud like that, she just said I’m not sure. I then asked for the corporate number and the store number and was told that they did not know. After carefully watching them prepare my food, I left and I proceeded to call corporate from my vehicle. I was told that I would have a call back within 24 hours so we shall see. This is pretty gross behavior for a place that serves food. Probably not returning to this location.

The receipt says Dominic. No name tag. The rudest person Iv ever dealt with at a sandwich shop by far. Ordered 4 subs at 7:24pm 10-04-25 75$ in subs and she acted like I asked her to make 50 party platters. “You are really going to order that this late?” She wouldn’t respond to most things I said or asked. I kindly asked if was okay to wrap them in halves and she wouldn’t even respond. Just gave me the eyes. Then went back to her thing. She slammed down each sub as she passed them to the finish counter and guess what didn’t wrap them in halves. As usual the subs were great.

Don’t waste your money in a drink. I ordered a 30oz lemonade, got 80-90% ice. I actually measure it out, and it weighed nearly a full pound. Over 3 cups of ice.
Of the 30oz of drink I paid for, I got probably about 7oz. This isn’t uncommon for this store either.

Very disappointed today…I ordered a Lil John Turkey Tom with ez peppers, added bacon and provolone…got extra peppers no bacon and no cheese and because they continue to drive with the bag upright the mayo and tomato juice pool at the bottom making the bread all soggy.

Ordered a club Lulu with provolone. Was told they were out of bacon. Asked what substitutions they would have. The girl didn’t know. Finally a coworker came over and said give her the cappicola ham. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged for a turkey Tom and the addition of the ham. Also, no provolone on my sandwich. I went to their website and did a survey asking to be contacted. It’s been two weeks still haven’t heard from anybody. Don’t bother going to this place. Obviously, they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about customer service!!!

Jimmy John’s in St Clair Shores on Harper just north of 9 mile. I ordered 7 subs over the phone, they were ready and waiting for me within minutes. I have a hard time walking and asked for help getting to my car with my order. A young red haired girl employee immediately said she’d help me and did. Carried my order to my car and helped me down the curb. Put my order in my car for me. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it very much. So sorry I didn’t get her name! She deserves a big atta boy! Subs were delicious too! Great team there.

Been ordering for years. Delivery time has gradually gotten longer and longer but yet I’m still 3 miles away. Last straw was when they took 53 minutes to deliver the completely wrong sandwich to the point where I couldn’t eat it. I called the store and I told them it was an honest mistake and I understood and just wanted a credit. Manager OK’d it. Called back a week later to get my credit and they said I don’t have any credit to use.
