I would like to start by saying our waitress I think her name was close to ashlika or something either she was extremely nice and friend to the point my 7 year old said she was. The food was fantastic and we got a variety of things from ribs to Mac n cheese it was all good. For a Saturday night, the staff was on top of it and food was prepared right.

Had a fantastic experience here, returning for the first time since 2019. Our server Daeauna was an absolute delight and incredibly helpful and attentive. Food was absolutely amazing, as was the bottle of red wine. Daeauna’s recommendation of the cobbler for dessert was perfect too.

Quiet and not very busy on a Friday evening. Staffing must have been short as well. Took a moment to be sat, our waiter was very friendly, but wasn’t very attentive to our drinks needing refilled. We had to call over staff each time. Food was mediocre, and our daughter ordered the famous ribs which shouldn’t be considered *famous* of any caliber. Salmon was actually great. The Memphis burger wasn’t much to write home about. And the shareable Mac ‘n Cheese was good as well. Pricing was good spite the quality of food. Portions were sufficient. I just recall this establishment being far better in years past. Be your own judge, we more than likely won’t be a returning customer unless it’s free.

We hadn’t been to Tony Roma in awhile, and had a very good lunch! Everyone in our party was very happy with their meal, the staff was all very pleasant and friendly, and it is hard to beat the lovely view of the Riverwalk. We’ll definitely be back!

Waited a bit to be seated and also to be served though it wasn’t busy. Food was wholesome, with ample non-fried options. It tasted good, nothing extraordinary. Loved the view!

The good: food was pretty good, although priced like a higher end experience than was delivered. Service was good. Drinks were reasonably priced. The restaurant is open a little later than other area options.

The bad: a prevailing odor of must from too many damp families. Pricing was a little high ($150 for 3 entrees and appetizers).

Highlights: the steaks were cooked well. The ribs were tasty…but more in the style of fall off the bone rather than slow smoked.

Only reason I gave a 4 star for the food, is because the fries was overly salty. But other than that everything was great

My husband and I along w/ 2 other couples ate at Tony Romas tonight. The sign out front was not lit up. The elevator was out of order. They were not able to serve alcohol d/t a lapse in the liquor license. They sat 6 of us in a booth that was big enough for 4 people. We asked for a bigger table and were told that they had too many reservations and they could not accommodate us. While we ate, only 50% of the other tables were ever occupied. When ordering our meals, the waitress did not know what kind of soup was being served and had to go back to the kitchen and ask. My meal came w/ broccoli but I asked to switch it out for a salad. The waitress said that I could so I went with it. However, she did not tell me there was an upcharge for the switch. We waited 45-60 minutes for our food. The waitress brought our food. One in our party asked for a steak knife and was told that the knife in the napkin was a steak knife which ended up being a glorified butter knife. He could not cut his steak with it so he got out his pocket knife to cut his steak. I then had to flag our waitress down and asked her to bring my salad and a coleslaw for someone else in our party. After that was brought, I found what looked like pet hair in the salad. I told the waitress about it and she offered a new salad. By this time most of our party was done eating so I declined the new salad and said that I wanted compensation on the bill. I was told they took the salad off our bill. When we were given our bill, the full price was there. This is when I was told there was an upcharge for changing out the broccoli for a salad but they did not take anything off for not getting the broccoli. So in my opinion, we did not get compensated. The staff were not well groomed for working in the food industry (hair flopping all over and not secured). Very dissatified w/ our meal and will not go back anytime soon if ever.

Beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Beautiful inside. Our server was fine. Our bartender took FOREVER to make our drinks. We ordered our drinks first with the spinach and artichoke dip. Dip came out- $16 for warm spinach dip. There were no artichokes, hardly any cheese, and a handful of chips. Our drinks came out with the meal. Our chicken sandwiches were good, and so were the fries. For the fact of a $16 spinach dip and our drinks taking so long, I’m giving 2 stars.

We had a great experience at Tony Roma’s. Our hostess, Hannah, was very accommodating. Our server, Daeauna, was very attentive. She has a mega watt smile, and truly kind. We enjoyed the ribs and Roma burger. The beer was super cold. Thank you very much!
