A brand new Panera hot out of the oven. So excited to have this nearby. The staff are friendly. This store has fancy coffee stations for on demand, freshly ground and brewed java. The inside of the store is clean and modern. Wishing this store great success!

I feel like people are being a little too harsh on this Panera, especially considering it’s a brand-new location. When they first opened, there were some small delays, which is completely expected while a new team is getting trained and settled.
Every time I’ve been there recently, though, the service has been excellent—friendly, efficient, and noticeably improved. My orders have been accurate and the food has been just as delicious and consistent as any other Panera location I’ve visited.
It’s clear the staff has worked hard to get things running smoothly, and it shows. I’ve had nothing but great experiences lately and will definitely continue coming back.

117 W Cedardale Rd, Papillion, I would like to do a shoutout to AJ who works at this Panera location. He saw my mom (who is 89 years old) and myself coming towards the front door and he opened it up for us due to they are heavy doors. That impressed me so much because you don’t always have someone do that. He was so attentive to everyone in the place asking if we had everything we needed or ordered. He was smiling the whole time and we felt so welcomed into the place. When we were leaving he came to the door and wished us a safe drive since the snow began to come down faster and thicker and then he said you can always stay and wait it out. How nice was that! I hope AJ you see this. Excellent customer focus and service. Panera is lucky to have you. Food was delicious today and on time. No complaints.

I received my order via door dash and was not pleased. My bag was not properly secured meaning a dasher could have tampered with my food without detection. The fruit cup visibly shows that two pineapples are brown and rotten. How the fruit cup made it out of the restaurant is beyond me. The final straw for me is calling to make the complaint and the employee who answered the phone was obviously annoyed and hung up on me claiming not to hear me… I call back the same employee answers the phone in the same tone offering solution that she knew could not be fulfilled. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Went in this morning to get school work done. Got a coffee and bagel. Staff was amazing quick and made sure everything was good quality wise. Very quiet in there so I was able to get work done.

Be careful using your my Panera account at this location they pretend to enter it but they actually don’t. When I raised the issue to the manager on duty Chloe she stated there was nothing she could do despite it being her store’s error.
