I ordered through DoorDash late on a Saturday and waited over an hour for my meal with the delivery time continuing to increase. The support couldn’t help but told me to call the store. Their new employee Trayvon was AMAZING, and when I say he went ABOVE and beyond he absolutely hit the bar of expectation. Ordering through DoorDash is a liability at best anyway… my ticket was lost and the app kept saying it was otw but when I called, Trayvon answered, apologized, found my order, offered compensation for the extreme delay, AND went above and beyond to deliver it to my door HIMSELF.. everything accounted for. I just want to say he is an amazing employee and truly cares and I know because I work in the serving industry as well. He is a keeper and Trayvon THANK YOU SO MUCH. I really appreciate you. A pleasant delivery driver! The delivery driver was really professional and courteous. Outstanding customer service abilities. The food was not very good! Unfortunately, the habanero 8 count classic wings I had were not properly cooked and were undone. The chicken was raw and badly undercooked it was absolutely not done or cooked all the way through. The salad was delicious. The hamburger pizza was wonderful; however, the only downside was the chicken I ordered that was under cooked! I will not be purchasing wings from here again!

This is Domino’s large pizza Special for 7.99$ . This pizza was so thin and so incomplete it just falls apart when you pick a piece.This was supposed to be a Pan , I guess the rest was left so where on a pan. This is totally unacceptable for such a franchise that pride its name. It was like trying to hold wet paper together.I was “So sad” not for placing an order but in manner it was made.

Wish I could give 0 stars: I usually check my food anywhere before leaving but I didn’t tonight. BURNT!!! Now they know darn well that shouldn’t have even been an attempted sale. Like I would’ve waited longer for unburnt food. I’m really upset my babies ate that pizza. Saw the plate with almost a slice still on it but when flipped it over they had eaten some of the top off. It even smelt burnt. I will b calling them tomorrow

So, as I was walking up to the stores front door, a girl worker was outside on the side where they park their delivery car smoking. I get hit with a massive smoke cloud of what seemed to be a black and mild as I walk in. That was so repugnant to say the least, but it only gets better from here. So, when I walk in, the guy with long thick dreads looks at me like I just walked into his apartment unannounced. He does not acknowledge me, and stares me down like I owed him money or something. I then acknowledge him and he doesn’t respond. He comes up to the register with his angry face, like I was bothering him just by coming in the store and picking up my pizza. He asked a coworker about my order and his coworker tells him the update. After that sequence, the girl that was outside comes in from smoking with her angry face and gives me a nasty look. She stinks to high heaven of black and mild and makes the place stink so bad, imagine black and mild smoke mixed with the smell of dominoes. I wait about 5 minutes for my pizza and head out with a headache. The thick dreaded worker was outside smoking weed at this point, and when I head out the front door of the store I get hit with a huge cloud of weed smoke. This stuff smelled nasty too, and I got a cloud of it in my face. As I was driving away I looked over at him and he was just staring me down with his blunt or whatever in his hand. I’ve had some bad experiences at other dominoes before, but this one took the cake. I want to feel bad for these people who work these jobs for what they get paid, but this was just crazy. I felt like I was getting pranked, I came home and my wife could smell the weed smoke on me. She thought I smoked weed while I was out that’s how bad the cloud of smoke I went through was. I’m pretty sure the long dreaded worker did that on purpose. I will be sending an email to the general manager of this location and see why they allow this kind of behavior to be displayed in front of customers. The blatant disrespect and nonchalant attitude towards blowing weed and cigar smoke in the direction of customers is quite frankly insane. I hope they rectify this situation ASAP, do better Dominoes.

Ordered dinner for pin point delivery. My app said complete within minutes of placing my order online. Finally got in touch with the store after battling automated machine. Lady said I’m on the way now. Talked to the manager about 45 min into waiting and was told driver is on the way . Needless to say I waited at pick up point for a hour and a half and no food. Dominos is my favorite pizza place. It’s my go to where ever I go. But I will not buy from south hill va (the town I live in ever again)
