The sign on the door and the website says this location closes at 9pm. My daughters and I stopped in tonight after a basketball game and we were turned away and told that they were closed. She said they close at 8:30 even though the open sign was still lit up and the door was not locked. Oh and it was not quite 8:30 yet either.

What a great experience! I placed a catering order through their site and it was ready on time and everything was exactly as ordered. I am very pleased with the team at Subway. The only downside in ordering from the site is no physical receipt but that is not Subways fault at all. Just something to note if you need one for business purposes.

i went here around 8:05-8:07 after i got off of work & they had already packed up everything & were about to go home despite the sign on the door saying they were open until 9 pm on fridays. i’m extremely unsatisfied. if you are going to close at 8 instead of 9, then you need to change your sign on the door!!!! if i could give 0 stars i would

A man came in ten minutes after me already waiting for five to ten minutes. He left before me somehow. I made a comment about how someone can come after me and leave the store before me and I was called stupid by the woman. This was at 4:30pm on 8/5/2025. I ordered a cold sandwich and so did he. The time before, the same woman was making my sandwich and I had to ask her to allow the other employee to make it because she was throwing the sandwich together like it was for an animal. I was completely respectful in explaining myself. She called me stupid and retarded.

I ordered 2 pizza subs and a protein bowl online. They called me to let me know they were out of that particular meat. Unfortunately I missed the call and called back right away. The person answered the phone immediately and got my order updated. Excellent service. The subs and protein bowl were perfect and delicious. No complaints!

So disappointed. Got a foot long meatball sub and out of eight meatballs, four were edible. Four were burnt. No wonder it was drowned in marinara sauce. Was really looking forward to my sub and now I’m just disappointed I spent my gift card here.

Before ordering I told the girl I had a coupon. Order a meatball sub with provolo. Told they were out of provolone and when I got home I was shocked to see only 5 small meatballs and lots more sauce. The sauce was really sugary..roll was soggy due to all the sauce. I won’t go back!

Just terrible all the way around. Don’t follow instructions, won’t come out to bring food to curbside(Waited 30 mins and had to go in to get it myself). If you don’t want to work, don’t apply for the job. Sub clearly says no ham, added ham anyway and didn’t follow none of the instructions listed. Just need my money back. Won’t even answer the phone when I called about this issue either.

So last night 9/30/2024, I placed an order through the app for 3 footlongs and 3 cookies at 6:43 pm. I arrived at the store at 7:00 when my order was supposed to be ready. My stepdaughter went in to get it, well it wasn’t ready. We waited 45 freaking minutes!!!! It took them 1 hour to make 3 sandwiches!!! They didn’t even bother cooking the cookies until they had made our sandwiches, they told me they couldn’t wrap the cookies because they were too hot and would crumble. Nope, they could have sat there all night and still would have fell apart because they were still raw! I get they were busy. They tried to tell me they have no control over online orders. What is there to control? The order is placed and a receipt with said order is printed out. I have already paid for my food and you’re gonna make me wait 45 minutes to get it, when the people in the store ordering haven’t even paid for theirs yet? I mean they’ve only been there all of 5 minutes, my order was placed an hour ago! And the thing that really pissed me off is, I order through the app all the time; it is always ready within 15 minutes. They just didn’t want to make it. I don’t know who owns this place, but SOME of your employees, need more training.
