The food was as expected. Not the best pizza not even the best for the price. Service was what’s your name here is your pizza. No how are you, welcome, hi, so I would expect more when I showed up. There is no atmosphere to speak of. It’s a pizza shop in the back and a small area in the front. They are wasting no extra space for you. There not even giving you comfortable chairs to wait in. Just a bunch of chairs thrown together. It’s definitely all about the money. Overall 67%

I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn’t even open my door. i’m in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn’t get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don’t know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.

I did a mobile order last night and am very pissed by not only this store but everything about dominos. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pan pizza well done and cut in squares but instead I received a raw triangle cut pizza. I’ve been eating at dominos for a long time and this is by far my worst experience. Back in March I had an issue with the same store that immediately after I received my order I was sent an email basically stating they knew how bad it was that they wanted to give me a free pizza. I called the store and they wanted to food back in return so they could give me a replacement like I was a liar I suppose. After 40-45 mins had gone by I checked outside because it had been so long and my order was placed right out the entrance door of my apartment complex. Didn’t even have the audacity to ring it so I could buzz in and be handed my order that was messed up in the first place. I work in food service so I am very disappointed and disgusted on how this operates.

Let me preface, I love Domino’s. They always seem to be able to deliver late, and in your area when no one else is open – or able. However, this time, I needed to leave a review. This location seems to have a terrible problem with quality control. Ironic, because if you are watching your order being made online, each ticket goes through a “quality check”. If you view the included pictures, our pizza was totally off. We ordered a standard pizza with tomato sauce, meats, banana peppers, and black olives. Unfortunately, that is not the pizza we received. We discovered the pizza was a half and half order (one side appears to be topped with shredded cheddar?) with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. Also, our sub had no garlic butter added to the bread, and the cheesy bread was drier than any we have had before. It was very late and close to their close time – so we did not call and complain. My main point with this review – if the online ordering system states that your order is undergoing a “quality check” – what exactly happens during this state if someone else’s pizza is thrown into your ordered box? The pizza? We figured we would try the pizza, even though it was clearly not what we ordered, each took one bite, realized it had BBQ sauce – and made a new home for it. In the trash.

I ordered the mushroom steak hoagie and requested extra sauce. The person taking my order said no that they have no way to charge extra so it comes straight out of Dominos pocket. That was a first for me. I won’t be going back

For the average person who the stuff below this paragraph may make no sense to, it’s actually a really good place and they’re trying hard to do good they just need a little love.
4* only because product quality could have been a little better. Placement of toppings looked like they could have just been drop and go on one pizza and the other was a bit dump and go as well. A little product training could go a long way at this store. That being said I got carside and the employee was friendly and I could see it looked like the hustle was there with the whole crew in store.

Stopped at Domino’s in person Friday after an order for delivery from another pizza place was lost to power outages. Our order was taken immediately and pizzas were ready quickly, hot and fresh. The store seemed very well staffed and seemed to be a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed seeing everyone working get along well and smiling even on a Friday night that was probably more hectic than normal!
