We went inside and ordered. The place was packed as well as the drive through was full. We ordered 4 different meals to go. The staff were amazing. Although busy we recieved our order in a satisfactory manner. The food order was correct, warm, fresh and delicious. We used the restrooms and they were clean. The restaurant was clean. We observed the staff working. They were professional, clean, efficient and worked well as a team. We’d definitely recommend and would return.

Girls in the front are nice, the main issue is drive through & the teen boys there rude. The food always is cold and order is never right they’re always laughing & making customers feel uncomfortable. Poor service! They always seem to leave 15-20 mins early every night too! Everything is so unprofessional at this location. They need a better team! Period.

I will hand it to them I unknowingly ordered after they’re cut off time. But this is the skimpiest salad I’ve ever received and they failed to give me my cookies or much less my receipt. I work fast food too so I understand the late night orders closer to closing can be discouraging but no matter the time or the person they are still a customer. And I am one who is not likely to return.

Half the order was missing. I can understand if it didn’t get put in correctly but it was a digital order all you have to do is read the receipt. Missed like 3 different items of food. Went back in used the drive thru I can at least appreciate the girl at the counter put in a rush order to get everything comp’d, the items were out within a minute bc priority. Went home and I noticed ANOTHER item was missing that I didn’t catch. Zaxby’s corporate number CS is actually amazing. Picked up my call instantly and immediately didn’t hesitate to refund me the coupon that I used that went to waste as well as give me store credit. Chicken was hard like it had been sitting out too long. Bathroom was a mess. Person at the register was a bit creepy. Asked for no coleslaw; Still got coleslaw. Just kind of an evil vibe.

It’s a Zaxby’s so it’s not that great, but I’ve been to worse locations. We went through the drive through. We got the 4 finger plate with fried cheese bites. The chicken was okay- it was very salty. The fries were good and very crispy. The toast was okay. We aren’t fans of coleslaw so we didn’t eat that. The cheese bites were sad. It just tasted like straight up batter. Not even sure if there was cheese in it. Oh, we asked for Buffalo sauce and they gave us ranch and Zax’s sauce. Overall, it was okay for what it is. Don’t think I’ll go back when traveling.

Went through their drive through. The line was moving at a snail’s pace. When I finally got to the window 2 people were actually working and the other 4 were either drinking a milkshake or watching the other ones while doing absolutely nothing. Zaxby’s If you are going to hire people, make sure they actually work. There are people out there that actually want to work and need jobs.

I ordered a lemon pepper wings meal… I got a boneless wing meal. I didn’t take it back inside because I’m not too picky. However, the boneless wings were 99 percent crispy breading and 1 percent chicken. The toast and fries were mediocre. Less than quality food at high prices. You mainly get bread and potatoes with a small amount of meat under your breading. It’s just sad how much these places charge for so little now.

Nobody waited on us when we came in they came out into the lobby and then put out 4 orders before acknowledging us. There was 2 people waiting in lobby whenever we walked in. Wasn’t busy inside or drive thru for us to not be acknowledged… We waited 20 minutes on our food. People that came in after us got waited on first…
