I came in today on my lunch break (1/13 around noon) after placing a mobile order to ensure I used my time efficiently and the male staff member informed me that he didn’t receive the order and the wifi was slow at this location. I placed my order again, only for it to get cancelled by the store again. Th staff member was unable to scan my coupon due to WiFi and couldn’t even manually enter a code to honor my reward? I work 0.2/mile away and can confidently say I will avoid this location at all costs and you should too.

Took my daughter here and there was nowhere to sit so we just stood there and stared at the DQ Team Member while we ate our blizzards like the twins in The Shining.

The guy in there doesn’t know what a large is and messed up every order whilst I was in the store. I suppose it’s my fault and that should have been my indication maybe to stop in at the next dq. Still tasted good tho

Hello I ordered a thing of pretzel sticks and the new chocolate strawberry blizzard when I received my order it was wrong blizzard and the pretzels were soggy and stuck to the paper container I received them in I’m very sad to be honest that’s all 🙁 thank you. I most likely will not be coming back .

If the county jail had a Dairy Queen this what I would expect it to look like. This has to be the most un inviting place i have ever been to, they should just close this location down entirely. I won’t be back ….EVER!

There was one other couple there when I came in, it was hot , it didn’t feel like any air was on. I had to wait for my banana split so the employee could run to Safeway for bananas. Food was ok but had to wait and no apology
