Great BBQ. I watch them smoking the meat every morning at dawn. Finally got around to trying then out. I had the pulled pork sandwich. Sauce was on the side. Perfect but I will need more great sauce next time. My friend got the brisket sandwich with two sides. Sausage links and beans. He LOVED the beans. They have apple slices in them. Owner was polite and great service. Highly recommend. There is a picnic table.

Great owner and operator. Food is authentic southern bbq. A little spicy, mellow sweet with a smoked flavor. Very well done. The buns used were perfect, not too much bread but good quality. Prices are very fair for serving size and service. Will be a return customer. A little Texas style mixed with Tennessee flavor very well done. Pulled pork and racks of ribs were amazing. Bbq sauce is made in house, so are the beans, and potato salad… all are well executed.

I was lucky to score a loaded potato with brisket while at the Mighty Pine. Yum! Large potato stack high with meat and toppings. The meat was well smoked with a bit of spiciness. Service was friendly and fast.

We had the brisket slider, pull pork sliders, and sides like apple beans, apple slaws and potato salad. All were very good ! There’s only one picnic table there if you want to eat there. I think most people probably just pick up and go. Worth the stop

Do not miss this spot ! If you want fresh and exciting flavors and you love BBQ you are not going to want to skip this quick service stop. Everything was ready and we were able to drive up and order. Our Grandma is from the Midwest and knows her bbq. She was thrilled with everything! I was most impressed with the brisket and the apple slaw (!?!?). The baked beans and pulled pork were also sooo good. We will be back.
