if i can leave a zero star i would this girl don’t know her name heavy set was rude as hell kept waiting for a long time we’ll doing other phone orders, she didn’t tell me anything about the wait and also i asked her if i can get fresh bread she said it was too hot. I will never go back to this location horrible service waste of time i had to drive to bosque farms where they did an amazing job!

Took the worker 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. Vegetables looked soggy. Employee was nice but kept asking me to repeat my order. Also asked what kind of subs they were when checking me out… as if they didn’t just make them themselves. Got a cookie and it was not fresh. Overall not worth going back.

3 guys at the counter when walked in and then when ready to order no where to be found. But one had time to stock the chips. Fighting over who gets the sandwich out of the oven. Tuna was extremely runny on one of the sandwiches. One was having a nicotine break while the other was taking forever to make 2 six inch sandwiches. I got say tho if you want to hear 3 grown mean fight like toddlers this is the place to go.

We came into have lunch with my boys, they received gift cards and wanted to use them. The girl was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The moment we walked in. When we ordered and went to pay it said the gift cards were not valid. I called to check the balance and the cards had money. I asked her to check on her side, she scanned it and said “nope” and handed it back. No explanation no apology no nothing. We ended up leaving. She has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. And she was dressed like she just rolled out of bed. I have never been treated so badly there!!! And needless to say we will not be back!

Update. I ordered double meat. I didn’t get it. I got 1.5 black olives. This place is horrible. The other one is better.

I went on there up and ordered a buy 1 get 1 sandwich came in the store 20 minutes later to pick up my food waited 20 minutes longe to get my food while other customers were coming in after me and having there food made while I had still sat there and waited.
