This place has gone down hill over the past few weeks. About a month ago or so, I would have given a 4 or 5 star. Lately the pizza has been horrible. This pizza had multiple pools of grease. Multiple slices were ripped up, I would said mainly because how thin this hand tossed pizza was. Few weeks ago, it had a nice thickness to it. Not super greasy, it was great. Won’t be going back for awhile.

We stopped by today for lunch and the food was amazing! We had the lunch buffet and the pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh. The salad bar was fully stocked and was fresh as well. The manager was absolutely amazing and super sweet. She was accommodating and provided excellent service. We will definitely be back again.

I got there around 11:20 for the buffet and about 15 minutes later they finally started putting pizzas out. After this i was asked if i wanted anything else put on the buffet and I said yes a pan pepperoni. About 15-20 minutes later the waitress came to me and said they’ll make it when another pizza on the buffet was finished. I had been there for about 40 minutes at this point and it was the first time ive left a buffet feeling hungry. I was still charged full price after going to the register and being told “I would ask if everything was ok but I already know.”

Never had a good experience. The man with glasses needs to learn some people skills. My kids would starve is the only reason I return. Ordered a pizza online, headed to store after 15 min. when I got to store was told it hadn’t been started, when I went in 10 minutes later was told they made it wrong. A CHEESE PIZZA! When I was told it was wrong he wanted me to take the pepperoni pizza they had messed up instead of fixing the order. They offered nothing for messing up multiple times and acted as if I was a problem. It was the female manager cooking the whole time. They were not busy at all. The whole store needs re trained

The place was very clean and nice who went inside to eat the place was pretty empty it was about lunch time reset ourselves because there was no waitress to sit us down. The witch is finally came over and took our order and brought us some drinks, we waited to eat 25 minutes while they made a pizza when it was served it was the wrong Pizza we did not want to wait another 25 minutes for another pizza so we just told her to leave the one she had made and we would eat it.. when we got ready to leave we went up to pay the bill and because the order was wrong they only charged us half price we did not know that they were going to do that till we got up, I appreciated the fact that they did that it was a thin sliced hand tossed pizza and that is not what we ordered my grandson ordered a regular stuffed crust pizza all in all the place wasn’t bad, they had other Patriots sitting there waiting to eat that had ordered the buffet and there was no pizza on the buffet they were busy trying to cook them and fill it up I was at least glad we didn’t order the buffet.

I get pizza from here all the time..bc it the only pizza place but it gets worse everything I get it.. tonight the pizza was soggy and they forgot to put pineapple and also forgot to taken off black olives.. I wish ANY OTHER PIZZA OLACE WOULD COME TO COEBURN

Ordered from here tonight at 10:14PM said it was still being prepared at 11:10 PM no answer on the phone. Called the 1800 number they said my ordered was “canceled” lol if you dont want to do your job just quit. No phone call about why they canceled, I can only imagine how long of a day it was for them.
